Always report any scammer comments. They exist on many of the larger channels. A channel creator will never contact you via your comment offering you free stuff if you contact them elsewhere. If they are giving away free stuff they will tell you about it in the actual video.

This spoke to me very deeply… I am also 61 with 5 grandchildren. I gave wrestled with the same questions…”Who am I?”, “What do I want for the rest of my life?”, “Where am I going?, What am I doing?”. I also lost many of my loved ones in a short period…all the important women in my life…my supports. Thank you for doing this. It resonated on so many levels.

This was such a great video. I could relate. I took care of my mom and dad… They both had dementia. After they died, I’m trying to find my purpose in life. It might be helping with my brother-in-law, who was just diagnosed with ALS. So much heartache in this world but the right make up and hairstyle can be uplifting! I would love to see an evening look on Linda. The jewelry website is wonderful! I love the necklace on the model. I don’t think I would have any trouble picking anything out as I love them all. I hope you’ll do another video like this sometime

I feel you. I turned 60 last year and all I have left is my mother. I have lost my sister who was my best friend, a few months later my husband left me and most recently my dad. I have not recovered from this loss. The worst thing is that I don’t look at myself in the mirror because It’s not me anymore. I didn’t have kids so it’s not been easy for me to cope with loneliness although I have my mom alive. I am trying to be a bit like I was before but I don’t know how. I don’t know where to start. I’m sorry. 😞 ❤

You are so very right, and it breaks my heart how people treat older women, especially when the reality is we will all, if we are so fortunate, be elderly, and older people have so very much to offer. I absolutely love your compassion. And thank you for not letting us over 50 feel we aren’t worthy of makeup or attention. For some reason women over 50 are only put in brown matte eyeshadows. I’m probably the only one but I would love to see something colorful and vibrant. For some self-love would definitely be the spirit necklace. So stunning.

Yeah , it seems like most mature women wear brownish mattes but I love it when they add a pop of color. It brightens up the face and gives their eyes a nice youthful cheery sparkle when done right.

Linda is a beautiful woman. You're right Gabi, after my son was murdered I didn't really care about anything until one day I picked up my phone and got on youtube and saw you Gabi. I've watched you ever since. You've been a huge inspiration in helping us women of a certain age feel confident and good about ourselves. I know my son would want me to continue living. You brought tears to my eyes when you were saying, "we matter." I just went to the link and the first thing that caught my eye is the "circle of life" necklace, but its all gorgeous. Of couse it would be for myself. I'm trying to learn "self love ". Edit: When she said menopause, "oh boy, can I relate" It's hard. I've said the same thing Linda has so many times, "I've earned every wrinkle on my face". Another great video, you did it again, Gabi. I can't wait for tomorrow. So excited. You have NO IDEA how much this means to me. I put SO MUCH TIME into this edit. It was DAYS AND DAYS of editing. I wanted it to feel like we were hanging out as friends BUT ALSO not boring PLUS educational/informative. I am not a videographer or an editor (I'm a makeup artist/hairstylist) so it was VERY CHALLENGING. I am so happy that you liked it! I could honestly cry reading this comment.

Thank you for doing this series Gabi. I’m 62 years old and I stopped wearing makeup many years ago as my then husband did not like it. Speed ahead to today 😊 I am divorced and married a wonderful man who has given me the chance to be myself again and blossom. Wearing makeup is daunting for me and I appreciate your dedicating a series to mature women’s makeup needs. I would love to see a 5 minute face on Linda. I am 67 and had not worn makeup more than maybe 3-4 times in the past 15 years. I just threw away allllll that old stuff and have been YT binging and trying out new makeup. The jewelry is gorgeous. I am 71 and recently started taking ballet classes after a 25 or30 year hiatus. I think diamond stud earrings would be a perfect look for a bun head! I would love to see an every day makeup look on Linda. It is a look we can probably all benefit from in our daily lives. Definitely a smoky eye on Linda as she has beautiful eyes. As far as the GIVEAWAY, I have a step daughter and daughter-in-law that will be turning 30 in April and June. This would be a great way to wish them a beautiful 30th! I think they would love the diamond hoops as they can be worn everyday whether go out for dinner or with a pair of jeans. Definitely keep doing these mature takeovers as they give us all great ways to make us look and feel beautiful!

So needed this...im 56 and since my 50 birthday ive been dealing with profound loss of both my brother & my partner of 30+ years as well as two much loved young cousins. I buy all the stuff & look after my skin but Ive lost my ability to use makeup to look glamorous . I feel like ive become a shadow of myself. Love this new series. Would love to see Linda in a smoky eye. I can no longer wear much eye makeup at 71 mainly due to my extremely dry eyes...I loved doing my eye makeup. I love all the jewelry at Ana Lucia Beltran! It's so gorgeous but I especially like the Circle of Life necklace. It is simple and meaningful. Thanks Gabi for making all ages feel seen and loved.

My oldest son died three months ago and the grief can be crushing some days. Self-care ... doing my nails, going for a massage, sweating in a sauna . . . has all provided me a bit of comfort. I just discovered your channel and love your helpful tips. As a 60+ woman, it can be discouraging to see the videos using young models who have yet to experience some of the harshness of aging. I know that many appreciate having a model in our demographic, who is relatable on so many levels. Thank you for that. I would love to see an eye look on Linda using the green liner in something a little dramatic and lovely. The jewelry is all so beautiful, but as a farm wife who takes care of cattle, I lose earrings easily, and don't have pretty hands to show off the stunning rings. I lost a cross necklace some time ago that was dear to me, so my pick would be the cross pendant.

Fantastic series, Gabi! I’m 58 and after raising a wonderful special needs child the past 19 years, I’ve just now started taking some time for myself to learn about skincare and makeup. I have very dry skin with years of sun damage, worry lines, smile lines (let’s just say “all the lines” 🤣)…and I’m encouraged by you! I’d love to see a natural daytime look on Linda that looks great up close and in outdoor light. The jewelry you linked is beautiful- my fav piece is the horizontal Limitless necklace- so pretty! Hi, I love the series! I’d like to see an everyday daytime eye look on Laurie, with shadow. Eyeshadow application and placement gets more and more challenging for me as I get older. For Linda's makeover I would like to see an everyday makeover that saves her time as she stated that simplicity is important to he, such as with her hair style. I am 65 and at my age it is nice to be able to efficiently go from one activity to the another with an easy refresh. The Limitless Diamond Bracelet caught my eye so that would be my pick as a treat for me.

Love this series and thank you for addressing some of the over 60/70’s viewer and their concerns. I think your model Linda would look great with smoky eye but an everyday look would be good as well. As a 73 yo women it really is challenging to try to make your makeup look polished without wearing to much or too little. I came to RU-vid to get some tips and techniques to improve my aging skin. I have learned so much about skincare and it has made a difference. However, it’s the makeup application and products that have been an ongoing struggle. I appreciate your work. I am also not that familiar with lab grown diamond jewelry but all of the pieces look gorgeous. I tend to like the necklaces.

Gabi, this will be a fantastic series. Linda is lovely and I can relate as I'm 56 and a single mum too. Linda seems to love colour so I think I'd like to see her in her comfort zone and maybe incorporate some colour including the green liner. Some of us struggle to incorporate colour into our make up so a tutorial around that would be very much appreciated. In terms of the jewellery, living in the UK I'm not sure this would be accessible to me but I love jewellery and would appreciate anything! Thank you for this series!! Xx❤

Love this new series! It’s so refreshing to see videos geared for mature women and not just the younger generation for which most makeup is flattering because of their young, smooth skin. It’s great that there are women like you to help navigate the challenges that come with mature changes. Love your videos! Would love to see a simple daytime look for Linda as she mentioned that she is looking for something quick and minimal and would be something that we can all relate to more. My favorite pieces of jewelry are the Diamond Half Eternity Band 1.00 ct and the Diamond Pear Shaped Pendant. A self-love gift for sure, but with a $1000 I could easily buy something for me and still have enough left over to share the love 💕.

For the look, I’d love to see a smoldering daytime look. That transition color with that darker chocolate on the outer V and blended into the crease. With a hint of maybe the warm pink glitter that is next to the darkest brown, right in the center and the lighter angel dust type shade next to that on the inner corner. As for my choice, so difficult. The jewelry is so so gorgeous, I was drawn to the Limitless Diamond Ring because it looks classic and classy, not overly in your face which is good for everyday or out to dinner type wear. This would be a gift of self love to myself as my 16 year old passed tragically 11/2023 and I really would love to have this in memory of him. Thank you for the opportunity and the video is awesome. I’m 55 and the grief has worn my face down, needed this.

I think it's brilliant you speak to those of us over 50 over 60. Most influencers only concentrate on the younger generation, which is wonderful, but mature women are the afterthought. Also when I have seen other "mature" women makeup tutorials it's always brown and matte and dull. I live in an Over 55 community and I see lovely women who have given up on wearing makeup because it's not necessary for this demographic. Maybe a little lipstick but not much more. I still refuse to give up foundation (still looking for the right one for me) and eyeshadow and lashes and everything-even when I am just going to the market or catching a quick lunch at our club with my husband, or running to Target. I refuse to leave home looking not put together. So I think your videos show mature women that they don't necessarily have to "wear lashes" but you can do something quick and easy to lift you up!!! Also love the Spirit Diamond Stud Earrings. Just beautiful things. Smokey eye on Linda. Thanks you Gabi for showing that there is "makeup after 60!!!!

Like so many women who have commented already, I feel adrift in my life. I'm 61 with 5 grown children and 10 grandchildren. I gave my life, willingly and lovingly, to raise them. Then I became my dad's primary caregiver until the end of his life, and it was my honor to do so. Now, there is nobody who needs me. I feel old and unattractive and unseen. I know God has a purpose for the rest of my life, but this is a lonely time. Your videos are a bright spot in my day. This series is especially meaningful to me and so many others! Please keep them coming!

You are so beautiful inside and out, we are so lucky to have someone like you guiding and helping us with make up and hair. I am so thrilled that you thought of doing this unique series! My favorite shows are makeovers, they are so informative, and fun! Your video takes it a step further with a trip with to the store, new makeup, and a makeover! It was so nice to hear Linda’s story, which makes your channel so personal, for you are so down to earth! I would love to see an everyday look, using sunscreen, too! I also have a mom who is a recent widow, and does everything for her grandchildren, and children. She is deserving of a treat for herself, and would enjoy the Butterfly pendant because she collects butterflies, and thinks of my Dad, when she sees them!

What a wonderful new series. I would love to see a bold bright lip, explaining what to do with eyes and skin as well, since that kind of lip can emphasize uneven tones end circles. The love collection looks amazing! This would be a self love gift to freshen up my entire look, I've been recovering from long term illness, been housebound and bedbound. I'm also going to the hairdresser next week for the first time in 8 years. I'm excited but also scared since my hair has changed and suffered over these years. But I'm bringing some screenshots from your videos to show them and hopefully get a good result anyway. Thank you for all you do here Gabi.

Found you randomly today and love what I've seen. Can't wait to review my supplies then go shopping to refresh. Just turned 66. Decided this is the year to kick it up..... try new and refresh. I am SO excited for this series! I am soon to be 66 and just getting back into makeup. After my partner passed 6 years ago, I just stopped wearing makeup. I would love to see an everyday look on this beautiful lady as that is where I struggle. I want to look pretty and pulled together every day. Loved this video!! I have the same coloring as Linda. I also went for rose colored blushes so I will be getting the blush you mentioned.. I also went for cool eyeshadows and never looked good and couldn't figure out why, now I know!! This was right up my alley. Please do more of these videos!! I love this new series. Thank you for honoring older women. I think I would like to see a natural look. I’m turning 70 very soon and have extremely dry skin and a lot of wrinkles so putting makeup on is very challenging. I will be glued to the next video looking for tips. The jewelry is beautiful. Gaby I love this series. As I get older I was finding it harder to do my makeup, I felt like it aged me. Watching your videos helped me so much to start living makeup again. Also as a mother of 4 I went through 3 rough years of losing myself and forgetting about myself. Thank you for being you and shining some light. I would love to see a 5 min face on Linda. My mom is turning 60 and I see her struggling as well, to find herself. My mom is the strongest and most beautiful woman I know. I’m exactly the same age as this client and I loved watching this as well as the make up tutorial. In fact, I watched it the other way around. So many good tips and tricks and I did my make up for Valentine’s Day based on some of the suggestions in your tutorial, and it made such a difference. I’ve never done my eyes before doing the rest of my face. I’ve always done my foundation and concealer and bronzer, and then gone in for my eyes, but I found that my make up lasted so much better when I did it the way you suggest. Thanks Gabi you’re always full of effervescence and inspiration.

I love this idea! Makeup can be so personal and this is a great way to help women customize their look and have the freedom to have fun. Linda says she’s going bare and natural these days with her nails so I think an everyday look that pushes her a tad out of her comfort zone but honors her desire to own her age and natural beauty would be wonderful. My fav jewelry pieces were the love collection items. That shape is so fun. And I would likely keep them as self-love pieces. Most of my jewelry is costume and it’s time to start dressing like an adult.

What a great idea for a new series. So helpful and fun. I am 62 and live in Alberta, Canada. I was so thrilled to find a Canadian content creator with such quality video's. I would love to see Linda in a smoky brown eye. I would choose either the Infinity or Eternity ring because I lost my beautiful wedding rings a few year's ago.

Hi Gabi! Thank you so much for all your videos. I have learned so much! I would love to see how you do her foundation. I am 60 this year and stopped wearing make up several years ago due to it emphasizing my dry skin. I would love to start wearing it again. I also want to see how you do her eye shadow. What a great idea for a series! Loved this video of Linda and look forward to Part 2. I would like to see her in a simple everyday look (that a novice like me could learn) and then an easy to follow glammed up version for an evening out. The Ana Lucia Beltran jewelry is all so beautiful but I am partial to the Limitless Diamond ring!
