all that with 4 or 5 things to make and yall got 3 people on pasta. i deal eith more than that at my store n we got less people smh and you aint even presenting it right. that evelyns gets no parsley where the basil oil at? and sesame seeds go before everything on the rice on a bang bang chicken and shrimp. step your game up
@@CIARUNSITE food safe gloves is just proper sanitation procedures along with handwashing. you cant just wash your hands in a professional kitchen because your hands get sweaty after just 5 min or less because of the heat and nobody wants sweat in their food and you cant keep up with orders flying in if you're constantly washing ur hands. hence gloves are necessary to keep a good flow while staying sanitary.

At the restaurant where I work, our finger nails gets check out very often to make sure everything is clean. Michelin star restaurants you only see gloves when dealing with raw food during prep only and that’s it, everything else is hands, chopsticks and tweezer
it's food not shit. I hate low lives, smoking, cursing, scratching dirty people cooking my food. unfortunately it's the case in most places. this place is fine. where is your gloves?
