I made this for the first time last year for Ganpati Bappa and they turned out amazing, i kept it overnight and modak in the morning was all solid and perfect. I am back to this channel as I have to make modak again for Bappa this year right now, I am hoping it turns out even better. Thankyou chef for this amazing recipe.
