Hey Phil, love your unique channel. Any recommendations on a split to run alongside 3 days of grappling a week. Would I be able to gain power and strength in the gym with just a Push Pull Legs type split or are there better options? I was running Texas method full body 3x a week but I can’t see myself not burning out on this with bjj
