Let´s talk about a different point of view: Why is the military service, or lets call it "invasion of far east countries" so positively implemented in the minds of american born individuals? Geopolitical history shows that the US injected & inflicted conflicts around planet...even the installatin of S4ddam...??? And why does it sound odd if I would bow in front of soldiers to thank them that they invade other countries, so that I am still able to live the illusion of an american dream?
My guess is... Due to going to the gym daily. And not resting or recovering (1 day or 2 between workouts) Body needs time to repair and regrow. Best of luck 💪 Next step understanding - progressive overload - nutrition - sleep - reduce stress
Besides, it depends on your nutrition too. Also sleep and the way you execute your exercises (plus volume, intensity, frequency). Age is also a factor (if you're a teenager then your body is just starting to produce testosterone so it may take a while for it to show it's effects). We can equally take into account when you started training. Maybe you've started recently, in which case you need to be patient. Good luck 🤙
More protein and calories, change the weight up to heavier, and do partial reps at medium weight until the full range is completed, like 7,7,7 for bicept curls until full range is completed. For front chest, do more weighted (backpack) dips 3 times a times a week and lean forward a little. No white stuff like sugar, flour, white potatoes, etc. Eat for hormones and muscles. Sleep 7 or more hours. If you want to gain more weight, hit your legs with resistence more often and aggressive, doing this causes me to eat more, therefore causes muscle gains through out my body.
Hey quick question boss. For the zercher variation is it supposed to help your guard like when youre boxing in a peakaboo stance? If it is that the only thing it helps for, and if it isnt is there a type of exercise that helps keep your guard up while your getting whaled on?
