This was such a dark and twisted story. There was a massive organ trading conspiracy in 2014 involving corrupt police, physician and favela people being exploited by force, this plot was frighteningly similar. One of the best third person shooters I've ever played.

I love the motif of redemption in Max Payne 3, even if our protagonist didn't see it that way. He spared Serrano, who in turn, killed the corrupt surgeon who was harvesting organs off the kidnapped favela residents. It's one of the ways Max (and in a way, Serrano) "gave back" and "made a difference."

My favorite chapter in this game, not only does Max finally discovery what’s going on, but he finds out that he has been lied to. To find out that Passos had hid things from him, Victor had caused the deaths of his family and Max’s allies with the Cracha Preto and Ufe’s help, and Serrano actually helping you! It’s all amazing. This level shows that even in the darkest of places and times, there is always a light that will guide you through. Great job dude! You have my respect! 👊

Drake: He killed the doctor for him. He wanted to do it, but when Serrano saw that it was his friends the doctor butchered, he took revenge on him for Max.

when I first played this game five years ago when it came out and I got to this Mission I was like. What the fuck? Just when I thought Max Payne couldn't get any darker it goes to this shit. I love that badass moment when he was on the roof and threatened Neves.

I love how Max always starts off just doing something straightforward as revenge or doing his job but it always manifests into something WAAAAYYY more sinister. Love this series.

MSD Mr. cool it wasn't superpowers it was those painkillers he take it after those gunshots he overdose sometimes he's become dizziness and pass out by he's head remember those pass games he always slit his throat by his nemesis.max Payne wounds in max Payne 2 was lot of wounds he almost died and Nicole Horne poisonous drug.Have you watching action movies every time you action the scene became slow motion that is just story take it

Y'know, at it's core this is a solid entry to the series. However I can't help but find all the achievements and golden gun hunting to be a bit immersion-breaking. To this day I can sit down in the middle of the night and lose myself in the first two Max Payne games, not so much with three.

Nice skills. I remember first playing this 6 years ago, and that soundtrack at 7:45, like from some dark horror movie, hit me. Like I was expecting incredibly nasty stuff behind one of those doors, and well, I did. I loved this game, but today I look at it a little differently. This was not a plot for Max, dark New York Noir atmosphere was better and I believe Mona survived (hidden MP2 ending so he had no reason to go to Brazil).
