UPDATE: The bearings used in this video are 688ZZ. The difference between 688 and 608 lies in the outer size of the bearing. ie 608 the outer diameter is 7/8 inch. while the 688's outer diameter is 5/8 inches. For the inner diameter of both, they are the same size.
So if you use a bearing type 688 the outer diameter size is smaller. so that it matches the size of the bushing hole. ZZ code behind the bearing type, it means that the bearing has double shields.
