Tips for hitting faster:
1. Stay relaxed.
2. Cut the distance (move your hands closer to your opponent).
3. Avoid telegraphing (don't move your hand back before throwing any punch).
4. Exhale with every single punch you throw.
Tips for hitting harder:
1. Same as for hitting faster (except for the 2nd one).
2. Hit through the target.
3. Hit with two front knuckles.
4. Hit with the whole body weight and use rotational power.
5. Use the momentum of your movement.

Great video 👍😎. One thing to notice according to the knuckle position. Shifting the knuckles of your index- and middle finger to the center of both axis of the punching arm, may doesn’t make the impact area smaller with gloves but allows you to give a harder impact because you wrist is then perfectly centered with your hand and there is no yielding or bending. But it doesn’t work with all gloves, depending of the topology of the padding. For that I prefer Hayabusa T3. Furthermore it needs a lot more strength in wrists to keep them there, but I prefer it definitely🥊. For Training a wheelbarrow race on your fists is ideal when possible on stone and long stairs up and down 😅
