This has been a hangar queen for me ever since I got it in a crate, long ago. The Dora does everything it does, but better for my play style. The idea of playing it low as a ga/multi hybrid never occurred to me. I may have to give this build a try and see if I can work with it. Great video.
I spec'ed mine with Gunsight, Light-weight Wingframe, Combined Boost-injection, and exp. Gas-operated action. (all maxed at 478 ofc.) I used polished skin instead of the wingframe before but I prefer the touch of maneuverability it provides (even though it still turns like a flying brick) Most of the time I use dive attacks but the improved turn-time allows me to be more opportunistic, which is also why I prefer gas-operated action so I can do the most amount of damage in those small windows of opportunity. I wish they gave it it's old optimal altitude performance of 2.200m back. (I think all multi-roles need to be improved in altitude performance a bit) With all these high flying bombers around 1.400m feels like nothing and at least you would be on par with altitude-fighters instead of having them tap-dance on your forehead.
I realy like it too😊 resently specced it.. I use the consuable that boosts engine power(the one for gold😜) since its kinda lacking in engine power, it helps quite a bit😊 also I use a pilot with both the engine guru skills. I use it more like a pocket heavy fighter than a gaa.. maybe I will try out your set up😊 Do you have any opinion about the new p-47n pilot? Seems like he is made for making the jug into a ground attacker..
Glad to have another 190 enjoyed around! That is how I flew the 190 until I tried this setup, and I've had some success with both options. Yes, I think the new pilot does focus the Jug into more of a capping machine. He's also going to have some synergy with the upcoming Corsair premium as well for the same reason!
Ah yes! The new corsair😊 I forgot about that one… looking forward to it, love the orher corsairs(even the tier 5 premium one.. death by a thousand needles lol).. almost done with the pilot missions, dont want to use tokens on him, so grinding away still😊
Okay, I was never, ever going to buy this plane. First, T7 sees T8 too much. Almost anything at T8 beats it. So, I don't see any reason to waste gold and a pilot on it. So, yes, you are crazy. But maybe crazy like a fox. I might pick it up. And do a protection build, AND run my bomber pilot, which has 3 of the 4 skills your pilot has. Just to enjoy it for what it is. Obviously, for a high WR% pilot like yourself, it's not a plane you are going to carry hard in. So, for a potato like me, if I can contribute, that's going to have to be good enough. Thanks for showing what can be accomplished with this plane.
I figured if you like ground attack, this allows you to do that fairly successfully while also allowing you to engage air targets better. But it definitely has its limitations still. 😄
Have you played war thunder man? The sense of reward you get for hitting another player's tank with an SC250 directly with a 1 second delay fuze is indescribable (please add coconut sound when you edit). And you get a nice replay system to boot. Ground realistic battles
Yep, I do play Warthunder as well. It's a very good game, and I will be doing a video for it in the next week here. But I just have more fun playing Warplanes. I'm weird like that. 😀
