What I love about G-Witch's designs is that all mech designs have a distinct design aesthetic based on the company that designed them. You have Jeturk that makes their units stocky and highly mobile on land. Peil that has a lanky aesthetic and flight capable MS and then theres Grassley that makes their units have a knight aesthetic and probably the only company that came up with the anti-Gundam "Antidote" system.
I think, when we wanna do explain Grassley distinct, it's more like, "special forces unit MS with unique ability, and Antidote for GUND-Format." Since Dominicus MS were Grassley mass product. Just want to say my thought👍
@@adistyacnugroho7583 yeah its weird that Dominicus' MS are all Grassley. If anything we haven't seen anyone outside of Peil themselves using their models.
@@MechaGaikotsu ohh wait so they arent just static pieces huh?... I'm still waiting for it... still waiting... at best I'll get Pharact next month but ohh well
The ''definitely not an armored core'' gundam that just so happened to be designed by someone that made designs for AC for answer. Love everything about this thing!
And what's more frightening is the fact that the people at Bandai factory now technically have the knowledge to make Armored Core kits. P.S: Specifically it's my wallet that's frightened
God, an Armored Core model kit with Gunpla tech? Please please *PLEASE* let it happen. We deserve better than the Armored Core model kits we currently have.
I love the concept of gundam in this series as it means we get all these unique gundam designs in one show. Basically an mecha artists heaven with all the different artist they got to design the mobile suits
@@androyus Oh lord have mercy! Okuchi worked on valvrave?! ahm... well.. uh..... that doesn't mean this one has to end with an ending as garbage as the one valvrave had, right? < : D ...........................hopefully.
@@alcardespear2446 Disagreed, Pharact has a more menacing aura as compared to Tallgeese, has a more warrior look to its design, still, Tallgeese is a pretty good Gundam
It would be sick if there was a mobile armor that appeared in gundam g-witch season 2; since people noticed how a bunch of g-witch scenes resembled other gundam scenes, it would be almost unreasonable to not include a mobile armor in season 2. Maybe like bigro, big zam, or some crazy weird design
The Darilbalde has an open hand with it too. Finished building it about 4 days ago and was surprised by its inclusion. Just finished my Pharact about 2 days ago and I loved the build.
I can't help but see a similarity with the Byarlant, which I've always thought was a cool machine. It really feels like they just took the design and function of the Byarlant and just reengineered it into a more traditionally Gundam form.
It was designed by the same person who design armored cores so thats why it looks so different to a regular gundam. Also you can stick the beam sabers under the feet
You know at first the body kinda threw me off but it quickly grew on me. I really do like it, seeing how well yours is looking definitely makes me want to buy one
I've owned this kit for a few months now, might as well give my opinion. It does look really great, and the stickers actually elevate the visuals. The problem is that the nubs on this kit are quite open, and the gray plastic makes it quite hard to clean up without it looking bad. The c-clips on the backpack and in the feet have all come loose. The kit has a hard time keeping its feet on the ground. It can still stand but has its toes pointing in the air. The backpack has some heavier chunks that don't stay in position because of the loose c-clips. There is very little panel lining on this kit; mainly just on the yellow chest pieces and the feet. Pretty simple. I think this is a good kit overall, but you will definitely need something to clean up the nubs. It's not good.
By far one of the coolest and most unique ms designs I've ever seen. Edit: the design overall is very robotic and it's lanky proportions, dark colours coupled with that skull looking face gives me a death vibe.
For nubs, I just trim it down within a MM after cutting it off the runner, then use a knife to shave it down flush before using the flat of the blade to lessen stress marks and give it SOME shine. It can be slower depending on the location of the nub and the intensity (?) Of the stress marks that may be left.
God I was so excited for this vid, definitely gonna grab me a pharact soon. One tiny thing tho, I think you forgot the gund-bits in the review, not that they do anything without a stand anyways tho.
"I may be a Birthday Cake now, but i'm the Birthday Cake that handed GueL another L!" El4n's final thoughts, probably. Solid sniper Armored Core-style Gundam that gives hope for Bandai HG Armored Core kits, alongside the Zowort Heavy. Also, Armored Core inspired as this may be, it also resembles the Union Flag, so just a little disappointed that it doesn't transform into some kind of flight form. Maybe flag-style Pharact/Zowort upgrade in the future wouldn't hurt.
The Pharact is with out a doubt my second favorite favorite sniper suit barely beat by Cherdium Edit: heard your comment on the holes in Pharact’s shoulders, they are actually there in the anime so maybe it’s just part of the design.
its used to mount plates on the shoulder joints this is used by the Zowort line from that standard to make it into a heavy you can also slap "extension" parts into it.... not sure if it will fit the flare launchers from Kotobukiya's Aaliyah for more inside joke who made Pharact's mechanical design
Well, people should understand once and for all that the gundam meaning changes in each universe, it's not only about the look of the machine. In the Witch from Mercury universe, every machine with the GUND-format is a Gundam.
AWESOME Gundam. ! I got the Metal Build Strike Gundam with the Aile Striker Pack & The Mobile Suit Gundam Seed/Seed Destiny HD Blue-Ray Collection for Christmas. !!!
this is the first time since I sub to mecha G back in 2020 where I build and finished a gundam before he even releasing a video ( I must watch his video review first before buying a kit)
Hold on…as awesome as this kit is (planning to get one myself after Aerial~ He’s next alongside Daribalde~), is it me or am i the only one that felt like he missed something throughout reviewing Pharact? ^^; If so, ummm…I’m no expert but i do recall Pharact has those pods that he can basically go bullet hell with it in the WFM anime. Its part of the backpack, just saying
I love this Gundam design purely because it reminds me of designs from Tekkaman Blade. I just got mine Pharact in, so I'll think I'll paint my inspired by Tekkaman.
Tip for cutting nubs off parts, if you're too lazy to sand like me: cut the parts along the mould line. I've always found this puts less stress on the part. Not sure why, but there's probably some sciency explenation for it.
