The scene shows the acting talent of Tom Holland. I loved how after May said the famous iconic line, Peter is looking at her with strong emotion, remorse, and maybe a little hope. It painted the scenario that he remembered that's what Uncle Ben said to him and the fact he is hearing it from her brought that memory back. Same moment when Peter II spoke the quote and MCU's Peter had a shocked look on his face. It's those subtle facial expressions that Tom Holland uses in order to capture the necessary emotion making it more powerful.

feel like one of the reasons green goblin is one of his greatest villains is because they're equal strength wise forcing him to really have to think. especially for this movie, the scene where peter is punching him and he laughs shows that entirely. feel like that was a really missed opportunity arcwise

Everyone's talking about the sad aspect of Aunt May's death, but nobody's mentioning how the Goblin was able to use his speech to manipulate everyone around him... Electro was gonna become a good guy, but the words *"Gods DON'T have to choose"* made him reconsider everything and he ripped off his curing device...he was 95% cured...if not for the Goblin's speech, he'd have turned into a good guy...
Love the subtle Uncle Ben reference during the death scene. After May says the “great power” line, the look on Pete’s face and the “I know” says he’s heard it before.
Peter face is like what are you talking about because tom didn't have any guilt about ben in captain America civil war , Spiderman homecoming, avengers infinity war and avengers endgame like tobey and Andrew did but instead Peter had guilt about tony stark death in Spiderman far from home so that tony stark is the one who used his life to teach Peter parker with great power comes great responsibility instead of uncle Ben

Everything about May's death scene is done so well. The acting, the camera shots, everything! And it's so heart aching to watch as well, the actors and crew did an incredible job on this movie. 👏
As much as I love the Spider-Verse movies, and don’t get me wrong, Across the Spider-Verse was amazing, I feel like No Way Home was an ultimate payoff nearly 20 years of Spider-Man films. Ok, I pretty much expected these reactions, but I stand by what I said.
Well, anyway, yes, but most people love this movie because it’s more of a crossover did the movie. As a crossover, this movie is a Great. And that’s the main reason why people wanted to see this movie. I would still would’ve loved to have seen this entire movie if the main storyline was just peters identity being revealed rather than a spider verse movie. And don’t get me wrong. I was really hyped for this movie more than any movie I’ve ever had and I still love this movie.
I love how no way home brought some aspects for the first insomniac Spiderman game like may dying, antiserum, and mays grave saying :when you help someone you help everyone.. Jon watts I respect that till this year!!!
Yeah, I haven’t seen this movie yet and didn’t want to see the scene because I knew what it was about, but geez I didn’t expect her death to be so emotional. That was a hard hit from the glider and I thought she was done after that, but to get up, talk to Peter, stagger, get up again, talk some more and finally go down. Just, wow. 😣

Ugh the moment when Happy tells Peter to run, followed by Peter kissing May on the forehead pleading for forgiveness…Jesus man. I love seeing how while technically Peter isn’t “alone” because he has Ned MJ and Happy, May was HIS family. The last piece of his family that was left, gone. And you can see it on Happys face too. The sadness, knowing exactly what this means for him. And Tom…he was born for this role. The shame and guilt for May is so strong, it’s hard to watch. You can just feel his pain, and the fact that this is just the start of his losses in the film. So good man
This movie really resonated with me the way this Spider-Man tries to help his villains just for it to completely blow up in his face. Just deeply tragic, and sadly all too real, how being a good person who shows empathy can have disastrous outcomes.

I love how they gave Norman the purple hoodie to wear in this movie to help him look more like his comic counterpart. The closest thing this version of the Goblin had to having that purple hood on his head was how his helmet had a purple tint depending on the lighting. But the fact that he's given that outfit in which it would become ruined later and become a comic version of the purple hood was genius.

Tom Holland's "Spider-Man" vs Tom Hardy's "Venom". That would be soo interesting. Quite frankly just to watch the two actors. People say the age gap is an issue but I think it would actually be a strength. Tom Hardy is such an amazing actor and it Tom Holland carrying this role into a dark space requires Hardy's guidance.
