What a bittersweet day. Glad you guys will still be around but I'll miss this show. It's been on my regular rotation for so long now. Much love from the west coast!
I've listened to every episode since I met Keegan at BAO last year, have totally loved your commentary Mike and Nick, definitely my favorite Legion podcast. Love you guys.
My legion local heroes right here. I'm kinda in the same space as you guys lately being not too connected with playing legion and trying other games. This podcast (and others) have been the only legion thing I have been doing the past couple of months. I got into this game with my son, met Nick at Showcase where I learned about the podcast (been listening ever since, even went back to older ones haha). I got deep into the hobby learning to paint, 3d print terrain, join big tournaments (PAX baby!, will be missing you TO that), I even TO'd a small tournament. Excited to get to this new game of Legion and hopefully catch up with you guys soon!
Aw man. I'm sad to hear of this show ending, but I definitely understand why. I love your enthusiasm for new Legion, it's what brought me to your show. I wish you all well. On a game note, Mike mentioning the IGs made me realize that that the AI change isn't just relegated to the CIS, and that I need to revisit IG-11 in the Rebels, because his dynamic has completely changed. Range 4 gunslinger with pierce and sharpshooter is still crazy, especially on the effectively smaller boards. You've inspired me!
Thank you for all the time you invested in the podcast. I liked listening while painting and feel sad it's over. But I understand that life priorities shift and hope you will continue to enjoy Legion. I am glad that I got to play with Mike at Adepticon (game 3, 212th list with Obi&Cody). Good game, good man. Wish you all the best! Greetings from Switzerland.
