As for your Savings Account, Maya doesnt have it yet. But for the normal Maya Wallet, you can purchase one for yourself only for P150 per card( Visa/MasterCard)

As of now there will be no additional fees in depositing and bank transfers. But it says in their site that starting August 1, 2022 there will be a charge of 15 pesos per transaction. So, I think the no add fees and free transfers is only to encourage people to put money into the app since its a new update and innovation. And the 6% interest promo will only be used for fund transfer and deposit fees. I feel like its only a decoy. I don't think its wise. Since in the long run, it would be just the same as the traditional banks.

sadly that not all SM esp at the grocery stores, they do not have a MAYA QR code, their pos doesn't generate QR code as well hence, many are still using Gcash for convenience.

Good day! I just want to share my recent experience with the app hoping you could help me with it. Just the other day I cannot open the app though I input the right details. Then this morning I received a message that says they closed my account for a violation that was not specified to me. Sad thing is I already put quite an amount on it. Hope someone could help me.
poor service. i cannot do any monetary transactions with my acct due to the duplicate acct that was already deleted according to them. the support from them were just giving you 3 business days over and over again up until you have reached months waiting for them to resolve the issue.
May I ask about my physical card on app is Mastercard and it was detected by linking to other banks? but only Visa card is available and O ordered it and I think by tomorrow it will arrived.
