With the recent issues of gcash, i switched to maya. Hassle free. What i love about maya is that they have eshop cards which i use to buy games in nintendo

it's funny to say that I transitioned to maya a few days ago because I cannot order gcash debit card again after it got expired as that's the only thing that's keeping me from using it. Mataas Interest pag nag savings ka sa Maya Compared sa Gcash at marami cashback sa Maya. Wala pa ako nare received na. cashback sa Gcash sa 3 years ko na pagggamit pero sa Maya Thousands na ang nareceive ko na Cashback
how is it different - revolut says their banked / backed by Barclays / Wells Fargo so gcash has cimb - so if gcash goes caput, the money should be at CIMB? do you not think gcash should partner with a Philippine bank instead? revolut has barclays in the UK for example
I use Maya for the savings and since they have a free debit cards, I use their online only card for online transactions so I dont have to use my bpi debit.

I think maya and cimb are the online banksthat are on the green considering their market...but I may be wrong since banko sentral never mentioned specific names
The best parin ang gcash. Problema kasi sa iba dyan kaya na e scam kasi kung saan saan nila ni lilink acct nila. Tas pag may nag memesage na kesyo nanali daw sila ng pera which is impossible walang free money ngayun mag trabaho ka! Kahit umiyak ka ng dugo dyan dika magkakaron. Ako tagal kuang gumagamit ng gcash dami naring nag attempt wala eh di nila ako matatablan.
Pero na experience ko sa gcash na scam sa load ngpaload ako sa customer ko di na receive nakuha pa balance ko may receipt naman dalawang beses na di ko na uulit
difference ng maya sa gcash... dahil may bank si maya pag naverified ka, pwede hanggang 500K max sa savings while gcash only 100Kmax, mabilis ang pag open ng apps ni maya kaysa kay gcash..at dahil apart yung bank sa gcash matagal magloading yung savings account . madaming scam issue si gcash while maya wala pa ko nabalitaan so far...yun lang nagpakumbinsi saken na mas lamang si maya kesa kay gcash..

Sabi ko din na mas magaling kung magkaroon ng NFC feature ang Maya app. Pero nung may napanuod akong RU-vid content na nakumbinse ako na mas magaling daw ang QR Code kesa sa Pinas. Kaya malabo na gumawa pa ng NFC feature sa GCash o Maya. Ang QR Code daw kasi ay mas secure. Mas malawak ang sakop na mga device. Kasi basta daw may camera ang cellphone ay capable na makabayad. At hindi lahat ng POS ay capable ng NFC. Kaya mas praktikal daw ang QR code kesa NFC. Meron po mga security comparison sa RU-vid kung alin ang mas secure sa dalawa, ang NFC ba o ang QR. 😊
Like the so called Cola Wars or Burger Wars Telecom Wars and So forth there is no clear winner it continues on just one company on top then the other and so forth and so on.
I can't recommend Maya. My account was terminated for no coherent reason and they never replied to my emails asking why. And yes i had money there. Ill never open an account there again or put a single peso.
GCASH MAGNANAKAW. Ang daming nawawalan ng pera. Imagine yung nag-load sa unang try kahit 30 pesos lang, sa isang linggo out of 50m subscribers eh 1m ang hindi pumasok ang load na 30pesos eh may 30million sila sa isang linggo.

Di nyu masisisi gcash sa katangahan nyu.
