Went out the other day in a snow storm. Lake was half frozen and some of my spots were under ice. Ended up catching 20lb and lost 5lber half in the net. The big ones were biting and as soon as the snow stopped, so did the bite! Water was 38 degrees. Week before it was 52.

I wish Minnesota had a catch and release year rouns for bass😢 I would always play dumb as a kid and hammer ice-out largemouth at my grandparents lake home with jerkbaits until the DNR would show up😂😂
