Probably both, there could be stuff going on in that key area and it also feels like retaliation because her footage was used to get the old boss fired.
South Florida and Hallandale Beach area especially are filled with people from New York. They have a bad attitude, and are just terrible, petty, and obnoxious people to be around. They LIVE to argue with people all day, every day.
Do you want to be recorded every time you come and go from your apartment? How about your wife and kids??? And not buy the property owners for you and your neighbors safety and security, but for whatever purpose the individual apartment "renter/leaser" wants??? In the end the decision is in the is in the agreement you sign to live there...
@@lxldeviouslxl Are you slow or just stupid. The video SHOWS the other mounted Cameras the other Residents have, but she is only targeting this Lady for some reason. When the Reporter confronts the PM about just targeting the ladys camera, she said "it's a separate entity", which is pretty much saying "I'm singling her out bc I just don't like her". Your a Simpleton, or just as unhinged has the PM if you agree with that Karen. Tf?
Haha excuse me but Ive had painters try and come in my OCCUPIED condo because they thought it was an empty apartment. get over yourself lol if you aint doing nothing bull can get out of here lol
I'm a property manager and I hope she knows that she can sue the owners, management company and manager all separately. She also needs to file a case with their insurance company right away. She just basically got a few years of free rent.
Hire a lawyer. As soon as each party is contacted, they will try to settle. It’s always cheaper to settle than drag it out with expensive lawyers and court fee’s, especially in a case like this where they are obviously in the wrong. @@deeone6674
@@deeone6674 If you find someone breching the rules, you usually need to give notice about the brech, actually tell them what the breach is (IE: Where and what is written down that they agreed to), and a deadline to fix the breach BEFORE you try to destroy and steal property. If the PM does not follow those rules, she can be held personally liable, if the company she works for instructed her to do it, they are also liable, and if this was under instructions from the building owner or board (sounds like this place is a condo, paint inwards style, but might be a rental, but not with personal permanent shutters?) then they are also liable. Court gets to determine how much liability applies to each, but the lawyers fees that they have to pay out just trippled and they are all gonna try to toss each other under the bus. If they are not idiots, doubtful with the behaviour shown, then they do what the lawyers say; "shut up, leave her alone, and each kick in a small stack of $100's"
It's probably because the "Board" members are her friends, or she has one friend on the Board, who keeps voting down any suggestions to fire or reprimand her. These condo associations can be like criminal enterprises sometimes, depending on who is on the Board.
It's such a shame that people need to be in a position of power to make them feel good about themselves. That property manager is a horrible horrible person.
We have a lot of them at my work and I really thought black people were hostile. These Spanish people are everywhere and my God I believe never knew people could be so demanding. They have taken over everything and everywhere!
@@jonroman9572 maybe, looked more about the retaliation regarding the previous manager getting fired. Either way, that current manager is a real biatch
I'm guessing that there are different sections on the same property. I was on the board of directors years ago in a townhouse association. All the buildings were similar, and on the same property, sharing the same park/pool/clubhouse. But there were 3 different associations (same name, but with 1, 2, or 3 after it). Each one had their own board and manager (which I also was of ours for awhile after being on the board).
That manager would’ve been wearing that camera for the rest of her days. There’s only one reason she wouldn’t want cameras up and that’s so people don’t know what crimes they’re committing themselves, plain and simple.
I would actually think about putting up undetectable cameras, and possibly look into moving somewhere else that doesn’t have homeowner associations involved…
The property "manager" doesn't want the lady to have a camera to film what's happening outside her condo, but she herself is seen filming everything happening with the camera *on her own phone*! Letting all the other condos have cameras except for this lady is nothing but hypocrisy and harassment. Assault and theft charges need to be filed too!
one thing is absolutely clear, the camera has nothing to do with the retaliation this woman is experiencing. this is a personal vendetta, especially since the complex is filled with cameras.
No I woke up to one standing in my kitchen. When I complained my life got worse. My building was being taking over by Hispanics. White and black were not welcomed at all. I am now suffering from PTSD so bad I can't function.
It happens to me the property manager and her son enter my apt without permission my dog let both of them have it __ they end up firing the lady because my apt was not the first one she went in
That property manager has an agenda, and there's nothing more dangerous than someone with real and perceived power hellbent on following through on it. Clearly she is deranged and irrational, and this is clearly retaliatory for capturing that prior creeper old man on video. Hope the tenant gets a pro bono lawyer out of this and sues that property manager into humbleness.
The property manager needs to be given a quiet talking to somewhere without security cameras. Some people just need to be taught a lesson the old fashioned way.
Yeah...you would think they'd be happy to have surveillance....the manager is definitely full of it. Whatever her reason is for acting this way - now she has attracted attention to herself...just stupid really.
She needs to file a lawsuit against the power hungry and corrupt property manager - they do this all the time with people like this property manager - you know what would help - let the property manager be homeless for a week or two and see if she still has the same attitude.
Problem is it’s a Hoa once they sue her and the other residents are gonna fit the bill in the long run. Insurance is gonna pay the bill but Hoa fees or gonna jump to cover new insurance premium
Yikes the property manager is violent, aggressive, and unprofessional. At this point that camera is a security measure against that unhinged lady and those that employ her. One of their staff members has already been arrested due to this residents camera which is why they are retaliating against her. Is her attorney Saul Goodman?
So proud of Hallandale police that day. They told the manager whoever takes the camera will go to jail for theft, attempting to de-escalate. They also understood the panic attack and did not taser or shoot the victim. Wish all police were more like them. They must have excellent training. Normally I am the one criticising cops, but not this time.
I live in a condo. There are 8 units on each floor. 4 on each side as you exit one of the 3 lifts. My neighbour installed a camera in such a way that you can see the whole corridor and informed the other 7 units. We are all so grateful. Needless to say, we are a close-knit community, sharing our food, celebrating each others' festivals, celebrations and even gathering together in time of bereavement. ✌🏽
I've said it before and I'll say it again, privacy has absolutely nothing to do with anything. The only people who are against surveillance cameras are those who are up to no good. If you're an honest person you have no problems with security cameras anywhere.
I couldn't even tell you which houses in my neighborhood have security cameras...because I don't care. I'm not doing anything illegal. I also don't worry about "the gubberment" (as one neighbor calls it😂), listening in on my phone calls or monitoring my computer...also because I'm not doing anything illegal on those either. These folks are definitely trying to hide something they're doing that's illegal.👍🏽
I don’t know about having cameras everywhere and anywhere that sounds very uncomfortable and creepy but this lady should definitely be able to have one in front of her place.
I LOVE seeing people who have no excuse for their actions trying to explain themselves, and embarrassingly failing. Like when the reporter questions her in her office. What a fool.
Yeah lady your lawyer can take it up in court but he better go back to law school because you cannot make laws that supersede the actual law!!! The tenant is going to win the suit🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂❤
If I owned an apartment complex, I'd be happy if my tenants we're putting in their own security cameras. Especially in one that looks like it's in a rough neighborhood.
The residents need to do an in-depth background check on that property manager! She must be into some hinky stuff if she wants that camera removed! I wonder where else she has worked and what she has to hide!
Ma'am, you shouldn't have to bc of a unhinged Property Manager, but please move and sue for Emotional damage before something really bad happens. They will now continue to harass you, even if the PM gets fired.
What is this women hiding? Which cartel or criminal actions is she so worried about or her employers are hiding that needs to stay hidden? Jail those who ordered the manager to remove it.
The best option to break it outside of civil dispute is to report them for disturbing the peace because that makes it city law and not local civil law.
If others have cameras then why is it against the lease or hoa for her to have one? Definitely retaliation if she never had that problem before the other manager was arrested.
Evil woman. I hope she was charged with assault, destruction of property and theft. What company would allow her to keep her job after harassing people like this? Awful.
And in Florida, chance are one willl still end up in an HOA or similar organization. Around 85% of all residences built there in the last 25 years have such owners associations.
@@raygunsforronnie847 Glad that I have 35 acers moving to next week, we are getting out of the city moving to NW Florida, The town has about 500 people in it the county about 5000
"Different entities ... governed by different board members ... they have their own rules." Kinda think court will say condo complex must be consistent. Either all are allowed or none. Equivalent might be an HOA allowing lawn ornaments for most homes, but not for a certain street.
this is just unreal and she needs to look at that video and then place herself in that tenants position, who is simply trying to protect herself smh 🤦🏻
So why hasn't the property manager been charged with assault, criminal damage and harassment? Is she sleeping with someone on the force or is her brother/dad a local cop? That's usually how it goes, they have "connections" so the corrupt cops just look the other way. I would love to know what the alternative explanations are for this woman openly committing multiple crimes and even bragging about her intent to commit more crimes right in front of the cops and they still don't arrest her.
Bullies in school only pick on people they know will not go head to head with them. Same with adults. These tenants are civil. Do you think she would go after a tenant that was standing outside waiting for her with the ~Try me today and I'll show you what's up attitude~?
Isabelle brassard-jobie, why did you hit that camera cctv? It's not good that you did. Let that camera cctv at house all over anywhere, not you did hit that camera cctv. No!!! No!!! Please stop it. Stop it, okey!!!!
smh... Hopefully, the resident can get justice. Hopefully, her health is okay too. The camera is affixed to the shutters that the resident paid for. It's not affixed to the building. I think the property manager will lose in court. It's unfortunate, but people need cameras because of crime. In my opinion, cameras help solve crimes & deters criminals in some instances.
Something happened to the property manager when she was very young, and now she finally has the chance to release the bitterness, hopelessness, and anger she's been holding in. She needs peace in her lifr, and she's not going to get it even if the camera is taken down, and the resident moves...the pain will still be there in her. Poor property manager...she doesn't know what's going on within herself, even tho she's with herself all the time.
