Why exactly is he still collecting a tax payer funded paycheck is my next question. This person's HR dept needs to explain why they think keeping him is a great idea....
Should not only sue the city and the cop but also the department because he is an officer and is harassing her. Then file a complaint at the police station.
He should get in trouble for using intimidation when he knows the laws. No one wants to mess with any cops, let alone retired ones with God complex bc cops hardly get each other in trouble
And to top all the audacity off, he did this to a SENIOR LIVING HOME. Just wow, whats next, the daycare down the street? Coward. Bullying the vulnerable.
@@youdontknowmebut Just a quick reminder, *you* could find yourself in a facility at any point in time. It could happen because of a car accident or illness, my youngest resident in a nursing facility was 4 months old (she was on the pediatric hall) , she was never going to be able to go home because she needed 24 hr. nursing care. So hold that thought.
A cop threatening to contact the police, who he has connection in, to press charges against her, for trying to remove a severe safety hazard illegally placed on HER property, is a conflict of interest, a misuse of power and in and of itself should have gotten him fired.
That's exactly right. He is abusing his teaspoon of power and using it to control others. He has proven that he cannot handle any authority and should not have any.
If she were smart, she should call his bluff. Move him "items" back onto his property. If she gets arrested, it's a civil rights violation... and she'll have a juicy lawsuit. She should also get a restraining order against the "cop".
@xc5gensttsn3egcx57 you think someone isn't smart or intelligent for now wanting to go up against the police ? You're a special kind of idiot aren't you.
@@xc5gensttsn3egcx57 Nah, what she SHOULD do, is put up a fence herself, and get a bunch of big dogs, cameras and a firearm to protect herself from people trespassing on her property and threatening her safety.
@@rickyedwards5480 @rickyedwards5480 He has a survey that said he owned up to her building. She had a survey from another company that said he didnt. That is where the government had to get involved to decide which survey was right.
@@jublywubly A PO that prevents any contact and ensures a contempt arrest if he trespasses on her property again. I'd contribute to a fund for her to build a sturdy fence at her property boundary, and install streaming cams. "Sturdy" would involve a high cement wall with rebar and security cams. She could get a permit if needed. Evil me thinks she could paint his side with prison bars, Disney princesses or Warner Bros., while reasonable me shouts "Don't do it." No malicious acts on her part, to prevent any possible lawsuit, just paint his side to look like a boring, neutral stucco or something. Her side could be anything - a beautiful mural melding the view into a realistic beach, park, forest or something calming and lovely. Endless, rolling, grassy fields of life would do nicely. Yep. I'd help to fund it.
@@janemiettinen5176as we all know police officers think they're above the law and the reason they think that is they get away with stuff 99% of the time. Some of the most egregious police behavior does not even result in a one day suspension. And...often the same officers are promoted within a year or two.
That freak criminal neighbor cannot remain on any police force. Charges must be pressed against that tyrant bully. He's harassing, threatening with his station as officer, theiving her land, lying -creating fake circumstances to aquire her property, etc. He needs jail time. He's NOT protecting or serving___ he's theiving and harrasing. Continually because his badge backs him up.
What an absolute pig! I doubt that there was a mistake that was made in that plot map. I would guess that he persuaded someone to change it in his favor.
@@danor6812 Exactly! If he is pushing his weight around at home because he is a Police Officer, then he is most likely pushing people around when he is on duty too!
An officer that pushes his weight around... is called... "Under the color of authority..." Which means he is using the advantage of his position to force FEAR on his neighbor... This is WRONG... He should be removed from his job...
IMHO the "officer " needs to be removed from the force. He is obviously using his authority to harass and victimize his neighbor. Unbecoming a servant to the public in spades!
@@timothywhieldon1971 The officer/bad neighbor can peacefully pay for her lawyer and any penalties he receives for his actions. He can also peacefully move out of the neighborhood.
The police department that he works for needs to do an urgent psychological assessment on this person as his behaviour is far from normal and could lead to further antisocial actions against others
He needs to be criminally charged. If he is in jail for a while and loses his home, maybe the new neighbors can figure out how to get along better. But once he is gone, she needs to fence in her property from the front edge of the house all the way around and make damn sure it is EXACTLY where the county says is her property line.
The union can try, but any lawyer can file trespassing, property damage, threats etc against this idiot. I must say though, I would like to hear his side of the story 😅
The thing is, he is just the tip of the iceberg. His department must be rotten too if he has been getting away with this stuff. IA needs to do a thorough investigation, or some higher law enforcement officers. Either way, the whole department needs to be investigated and cleared of the rot.
Completely agree but also think he should no longer be a cop. Officers like this are the cause for all the calls to defund the police. Well in the case this specific officer does need to be defunded.

Wow... Make sure your property survey is correct and get a good lawyer. Maybe it's your turn to put up a legal fence to keep this unstable person off of your property. Some people need boundaries. What a shame he's a cop. He needs a psychological evaluation.
Name & sue the Cop who continues to break the law over & over again! -I fully support Flora Navarro, this cop deserves to be charged with Harrassment & booted out off the force for sure!
@mayakattt Easy to say; however, when the defendant is a next door neighbor, suing should be a last resort. The opportunity to resolve the issue should always give precedent.
She needs to reclaim her 7.5 feet by putting up her own fence. If she doesn’t, he’s just going to keep doing things like this. She should put up cameras too.
That is crazy at every turn. Why hasn’t the cop been arrested yet? Harassment, trespassing, vandalism, fire code violations, and threatening to have her arrested should be some kind of abuse of power.
The neighbor shouldn’t be a cop. If he is that unreasonable and has no compassion for the people living next door to him then imagine what he would do to regular citizens. Shame on that county for letting this problem go on for so long. It took the media’s involvement before the matter was straighten out and he is still harassing his neighbors. He should be fired immediately!!!!
Trespassing. This guy is a bully & a jerk. His actions reflect poorly on the police department. He should have more respect for the elders. If he's lucky, one day he will be old as well.
Don't worry the goon squad will tell you where you can have windows. If you don't like it they will call their brothers in blue so you better call them and work it out!!!
@@ES-7766 Fire code has to have a second exit - normally a window. I have seen places for sale with 2 bedrooms, and then 2 "bedroom like" rooms. The "bedroom-like" rooms did not have windows, so legally could not be called bedrooms, and legally should not be used as such - as it is a fire hazard. This is an assisted living facility - he put all of their lives in danger. Had a civilian done this - they would have been in jail.
Omg, even if this guy turns out to own the land and be completely in the right, he still went about this in the worst possible way! Why didn't he talk to the neighbor, instead of endangering lives? Please fire this power crazed liability! He's got no business in the police force!
This is awful. He's using the fact that he's a police officer to bully this woman into submission. I'm glad she's fighting back. I hope that she sues him and wins. He's a disgrace to the badge and he should be fired immediately...without benefits!
Officer is both bully and coward. Gives law enforcement bad name He is behaving this blatantly illegal in broad daylight to vulnerable residents of assisted living facility? No telling what he does on the job under colour of authority! Wonder what his police disciplinary record looks like!
What a nightmare that she has to worry about her safety on her own property and land because someone has access to power and law. He’s clearly a nut. I feel so bad for her.
This man broke the law and had the audacity to threaten his neighbor when she called him on it. He should be fired for both. She should sue him, and also get a restraining order against him.
Gotta say, she is very smart. She put him on blast in a very public way. She should get cameras now, lots of them, no way he's gonna let this go. He put in alot of effort to steal from her. He's dangerously entitled.
she's a lady alone,he was sure she wouldn't do nothing.Cops suppose to serve n protect, not put people in danger, trespass, put fence on others property, damage the house...No respect for a cop like that.Sue him!!!!
They think that just because they got a badge and a gun they're entitled to it doesn't matter if you're a cop a lawyer or a charge if you're breaking the law you have to pay for your crime
How did he have a survey showing different property ownership? Did he forge it? Did a clerk forge it? That's a crime. I'm unaware of ANY resdiential property that owns everything right up to a neighbor's wall. Fraud, corruption, harrassment, endangerment, abuse of power, trespassing and damage of private property.
There are easements where I’m at where a neighbors house is built on part of the next neighbors property. Usually in rural community areas, not suburban planned communities like the houses shown here.
zero lot line properties are built exactly on the edge of their property lines. Those houses don't have windows on that side of the house because their exterior wall is literally a fence for the property it abuts.
Someone bought the property adjoining mine and had it surveyed. He claimed that part of my property was his, as well as part of another neighbor's property. In the ensuing legal engagement, we learned that it's a common thing for different surveyors to come up with different boundary lines.
She’s been in US for 35 years and still can’t speak English. Most of these people are elderly, if there was an emergency they wouldn’t be able to get out. This cop has a screw loose, id closely check his arrest records
He's definitely disturbed...and it's interesting that he's calling such negative attention to himself. For obvious reasons, most cops don't want everyone knowing where they live.
This guy is a cop who should be fire for intimidation, wow what a jack, she needs to bring a lawsuit against him for damage to her property, harassment and intimidation.
Even if he showed he had a survey it was his property it still wouldn't give him the right to violate fire code and put those elderly residents at risk. What a jerk, hope he gets fined to hell and back. He should also be sent to jail for harassment. Makes me so thankful of the neighbors I do have.
The officer needs to receive disciplinary action from the county or city he works within. His actions reflect upon the whole police department and county government.
This "neighbor" needs to be off the Police Force. He clearly has some sort of psychological issues and is definitely on a power trip. I hope she sues the SOB & puts a lien on his property for the damages.
UPDATE! (Reposted from one of the neighbors facebook's group.) As of April the fifteenth. Several police cars have driven through the neighborhood in the middle of the night with their sirens on. Keeping the elderly residents up. When we called the Police station, they said it wasn't related. But this has happened multiple nights. And it's never been the case before. Also, the police officer neighbor had his buddies over. And they were playing loud music till 3am, keeping the neighbors up. When the police we're called , nobody came out.
Wow! Good job, Howard!! Thank you for taking this one on. It **should be** an embarassment to that police department that one of their officers is behaving that way to a tax-paying citizen of his own community. And what the heck kind of law would ever say a house isn't "allowed" to have WINDOWS??? What the hell?
@@williamsmith6235 fired for all of his errors in judgement which no doubt cross over to other situations, he should be under investigation for endangerment of seniors, threatening, and dishonorable behairor of a police officer among other things
I hope someone at the police department investigates. The officer's behavior is damaging to the department's reputation and is an indicator that he has problems that may affect how he performs his job. It's outrageous.
I hope this woman sues him, He also should be reported to his department and be fired. He really sounds dangerous, on an ego trip and should be fired. He's got a real aggressive problem.
@@PurpleCityGROW All police officers are narcissists to some extent. This guy is on the extreme end, which makes him a “good officer” in the law enforcement world.
If she owns 7.5 feet from her house she should build a fence at that point then it allows space for residents in an emergency and clearly defines where her land begins and the neighbours ends.
What's wrong with this man. She has elderly in that house. What could they be doing to bug him. I think he just doesn't like the owner. He better stop blocking that window, before something happens and the elderly can't get out. Get a life and leave them alone. Take him to judge Judy, she will let him have it
Why is that guy still a cop? These things he's doing to his neighbor are big red flags as to his character. Not only is he is unfit to be a law enforcement officer, he needs to answer for the harassment, trespassing, and vandalism. How did he think he would possibly get away with screwing a fence directly to her house?
If this is how a police officer is acting in private, how do you think he acts in public in his job. He should be fired from his job. I as a citizen do not feel safe with this man on the police force. Something very wrong with him.
That's so creepy how he continued to violate and trespass by putting up tarps and putting pots on her property. That guy is scary. I think she should be concerned about retaliation.
Thank you for putting the spotlight on bad behavior of someone in authority. Not only should he be brought up on charges for blocking emergency exits of the disabled his higher ups should be looking at what else he has done to the people he is supposed to serve.
