There is real evidence that he has cheated and red flags everywhere, the fact his testosterone ratios are so low it could only mean one thing, the fact that the Mayweather camp nor USADA refuse to even answer that questions reinforces they are covering up this, the fact he was given a banned IV with no TUE in place until 21 days later and no medical justification is a massive concern, the fact Mayweather has TUE's written into his contracts before hand and the fact that USADA allow this is a huge red flag, the fact all his test results were going to come out during the Pacquaio law suit and he settled before it came out shows he is hiding something, there are so many red flags and it is obvious he has CHEATED.
***** Actually speculation is not all I have, Mayweather has failed tests, testosterone levels so low it can only mean one thing, TUE pre written into contracts which USADA allow is crazy, banned IV's with no justification or TUE in place and USADA are not allowed to even issue the TUE is a massive cover-up. Mayweather B samples would have been tested when Pacquaio took him to court so he quickly settled out of court and apologised as he is guilty as hell. It is not just speculation but evidence of failed tests and preferential treatment from USADA.
No evidence suggest Pacquaio used PED's. He had no TUE pre written into contracts, no failed tests such as extremely low testosterone levels, he does not have to announce the fights so his levels are normal range before testing. he takes VADA testing the much stricter more advanced testing that Mayweather refused, he has never been caught with banned IV's with no TUE in place or medical justification from a doctor which is required, USADA could not issue the TUE etc. etc. Maywwather has all the red flags while Pacquaio has none. By the way Pacquaio started his Professional career at age 16 so he could feed his family and Mayweather was the same weight as Pacquaio at age 16 and went on to weigh a lot more then Pacquaio so the old weight division thing does not stick and Pacquaio had only one bowl of rice a day back then and put on weight when he ate regularly but Mayweather would not allow himself to be weighed on fight night. He is as dodgy as they come.

There will always be a challenger. Every great champion has received criticism towards the end of their career. He schooled everyone he fought. Yet there are still doubters. This is boxing, not brawling. He will go down as one of the greatest defensive fighters in history. He has earnt the respect of his opponents. Listening to the interview makes me think about so many people in my personal life that did not get credit for their accomplishments. I think Floyd stays retired because long ago he realised he'll never get credit for his accomplishments in the ring.
