With this approach, the lower arm will live another 30-50k kilometers, or even more. In general, aftermarket bushings are not reliable, but they are pretty cheap, and the arm can easily handle several bushing changes (2-3 for sure, and should handle more).
The ball joint is not replaceable, but a grease fitting allows to pump some lithium grease inside, which makes it tighter and prolongs lifespan for an unknown amount of time.
