I'm going to take mine out right now after watching this vid .I've just replaced my valve stem seals and set my tappets trying to fix my problem of rough idle and clouds of smoke coming out the exhaust only on cold start after van sitting for a day it's been driving me crazy and I was sure it's a vacuum thing when cold . Wow I just checked and my hose going to the yellow piece that's in my intake was already blocked but the hose was now split your awesome I never would have found that it was out of sight . Now it's still blowing clouds of smoke when starting cold though ((. What would happen if the fuel cut off switch was not working you didn't explain ? Petrol engine dieseling I don't understand that (
