Elders in this country have been instilling fear about CAREER, CAREER, CAREER... all those things, eversince the age of 13. An age where we're not even capable of understanding such broader concepts. So now there is a problem we got & we don't have the maturity or capacity to solve it on our own, now this alone creates so much unnecessary anxiety & stress that we end up doing courses we never wanted to personally anyway, just because everyone else were doing the same. We need to break this pattern.

I have completed my BBA in finance. Started preparing for CAT right after graduation but didn't got enough %ile. Now I am doubting abt my field of interest even though I chose finance in graduation and not being able to find any jobs in financial field. What do you think I should do, need some guidance, because time is passing by real fast...!! ✨

Hi bro, I’m currently in 2nd year bcom. I’m really very confused whether I should do MBA in India or do Masters program from abroad like MIM or MSc. Which classes should I join like CAT or GMAT. What should I do in India if I fail to go abroad. Or even should I do MBA or not or do any orher course. Please help me maam.

Right after graduation ,real less opportunities ,you need to have at least CFA L2 or FM skills minimum.

I am Currently working in a company and holding 1 years of work ex in Legal department ...along with I am also pursuing my MBA in FM.. My concern is after completing my MBA...whether any company will consider my work ex? As in its not in the relevant field in which i am pursuing my Masters...please suggest

I have the same question as well.. But i believe you can list that in your resume. They still will treat you as a fresher in ur field. But even working for a year in a different field, shows that you have seen the corporate field, were obidient enough to keep the job over the course of 12 months period, meeting targets, completing projects, abiding by the rules. If the work you did doesn't count,.then definitely your experience work in such environment under all such factors i mentioned above will add a little value to your experience.

Bt the work ex should be in relevant sector like i want to do mba in finance then the workex should be in finance .....bt on my bba degree i don't get any core finance jobs ...then what should i do go for mba or do a bpo kpo job or any job in any sector ....its a loop bro job chahiye to work ex lao ....pg degree lao .....pg degree chahiye to work ex lao .... fresher kare to kare kya .....Rn i am confused like should i join a tier 2-3 college or should i go for a job which is not in my domain

@@sagarchavan753 see if you want to have your future in some specific domain and you have done your graduation, then get some work experience in that domain even if they will pay you less money , bcz working in bpo will give you better money initially, but promotion is not so good there.. and Doing mba after working in bpo will not help you.

If you are not getting job in finance...then do certification courses and improve your cv... You can apply to any private banks...Or you can work in ca firm and gain experience from that... Trust me , it will increase your confidence and knowledge as well... Don't go for mba without have any experience...
