Students need to check the MBBS course duration offered at the medical universities abroad before applying. The course duration of the medical college/university should not be less than 54 months. Otherwise, the MBBS degree obtained will not be considered valid in India as per NMC regulations.
Students need to check the establishment year of the medical college. If it is a newly established university or its establishment duration is less than 10 years then such medical college should be avoided.
Applicants must do extensive research and verify recognition of the medical college from the World Directory of Medical Schools (WDOMS) and other pertinent medical bodies prior to applying.
Students should check the syllabus of the medical college to verify that it covers all the essential subjects such as General Medicine, Community Medicine, Psychiatry, Pediatrics, Anaesthesia General Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Otorhinolaryngology, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Emergency or Casualty services, lab services, and related sub-specialties.
Lastly, it is imperative for students that they cross-verify whether the abroad medical college they have selected provides a 12-month mandatory internship program apart from classroom training.

Sir , according to new NMC guidelines , MBBS course നമ്മൾ പഠിച്ച രാജ്യത്തെ 'either registration or license ' ലഭിച്ചു എങ്കിൽ മാത്രമേ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ practice ചെയ്യാനുള്ള യോഗ്യത ലഭിക്കു എന്നാണ്. ഇന്ന് മാധ്യമം പത്രത്തിൽ സർ എഴുതിയ article കണ്ടിരുന്നു. അതിൽ , Georgia , Uzbekistan എന്നീ രാജ്യങ്ങളിലെ 6 വർഷത്തെ ഘടന NMC വിരുദ്ധമാണെന്ന് താങ്കള്‍ പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു (except 5 yr course + 1 yr internship pattern ).അത് എങ്ങനെയാണ് സർ ? For example, Georgia-ലെ ministry rule പ്രകാരം, 6 വർഷത്തെ MBBS course പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയാൽ തന്നെ വിദ്യാർത്ഥിക്ക് registration as a junior doctor ലഭിക്കുകയാണ്. PG കൂടി എടുത്താൽ license -ഉം ലഭിക്കുന്നു. അതായത്, NMC പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന registration or license-ൽ, 6 വർഷം കഴിയുമ്പോൾ തന്നെ, registration ലഭിക്കുകയും, ഇന്ത്യയിൽ Next എഴുതാൻ eligible ആവുകയും ചെയ്യില്ലേ ? So pls say the accurate information sir. 🙂

@@dr.faizalhussainps269 georgia is giving internship in 6 th yr. Don't mislead students. Even now , thousands of students are pursuing their MBBS there. And not every University in Georgia run their mode of course against NMC guidelines. Please dont generlaise things. I am having the recent ministry notification from georgian ministry about the controversies regarding NMC guidelines.

@@nainu_fathima then why students in 2012 , 2013, 2014 , 2015 batch students have done internship again in india??? Do u know meaning of clinical residency in georgia?? Its after 6 years. U can check their work permit rule in georgia. Also RTI which got from embassy in yerevan armenia embassy. How many univeristies in georgia have their own hospital with all branches???

@@dr.faizalhussainps269 sir talk about the Current scenario and revised ministry notification. 2017 batch onwards , there are no such controversies. Students , after 6 yrs of mbbs , came to india ,some if them cleared FMGE amd currently working here.And clinical residency is not mandatory for coming to india and attending screening exam. NMC insists students to Have either registration or license.

@@nainu_fathima what do u mean by registration?? Registration is that they have to do registration as a medical practitioner in that country. You can check ksmc website and while applying for permanent registration they ll ask you registration details of that country it was there from earlier. If u need proof, i can send u my ksmc application details. Dont try to mislead students by saying registration and all. Kindly everyone need to check it from the ksmc directly wat is registration. Competent to grant license at par with the citizen of that country means, georgia nationality in that country if they want to become doctors need to study 9 years to bcome a doctor. So indians also should follow the same rules as per nmc. Even supreme court order is there regarding that. 2022 supreme court order u can check, no foreign university cannot frame work duration and clinical for indian students and send them back to india. The degree should be valid in that country to work as a doctor. Then only in india can accept.

നീറ്റിന് 500 മാർക്ക് കിട്ടിയ കുട്ടിക്ക് പോലും ഇവിടെ എംബിബിസ്‌ നു അഡ്മിഷൻ കിട്ടില്ല. ഒരു 600 ഉള്ള കുട്ടിക്ക് തന്നെ ഒരു കോടി ഇല്ലാതെ എങ്ങനെ എംബിബിസ്‌ കിട്ടും.അതേ സമയം പുറത്തെ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റികളിൽ 6 വർഷത്തേക്ക് 30 ലക്ഷം ഉണ്ടങ്കിൽ കോഴ്സ് കഴിയും.അപ്പോഴാണ് എൻ എം സി യുടെ റൂളും ചട്ടവും. അതു ആർക്കു വേണ്ടിയാണ് എന്നു അരി ആഹാരം കഴിക്കുന്നവർക്കു മനസ്സിലാകും.ലോക റാങ്കിങ്കിൽ എത്ര മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജുകൾ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ 10 നു താഴെ ഉണ്ട്. എന്നിട്ടവട്ടെ വലിയ ചട്ടം കൊണ്ട് വരുന്നത്.

Mbbs അല്ലാതെ വേറെ എത്രയോ നല്ല options ഉണ്ട്. അത് ഒക്കെ നോക്കി മനസ്സിലാക്കി തീരുമാനം എടുക്കണം. എംബിബിഎസ് എടുക്കുന്ന മിക്ക കുട്ടികൾക്കും doctor ആവണം എന്ന സ്വപ്നം മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂ. അല്ലാതെ അതിൽ എന്തൊക്കെ പഠിക്കാൻ ഉണ്ട്, എന്തൊക്കെ specialisation und, syllabus എന്താണ്, job oppertunities എന്താണ്, ഇതൊന്നും അറിയില്ല. കേരളത്തിലെ ടോപ് മെഡിക്കൽ കോളജിൽ ടോപ് റാങ്ക് വാങ്ങി പഠിച്ചവർ വരെ ഡ്രോപ്പ് ഔട്ട് ആയി/ എംബിബിഎസ് clear ചെയ്യാതെ ഇരിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.

Definitely in future. 6 year course (if the clerkship inside the course spread out from 4-6 year is not accepted) they have to do another additional one year course. 7 years + 1 year (usually course end in july and fmg conducted in December January time, to get result it take an average 2 months and then get the fmg passing certificate it take 2 months) +6-8 month waiting time for verification of state council especially in Kerala + 1 year Indian internship + still 2-3 months waiting for permanent registration. Basically 10 year no one money.

Agents of university don't talk about this, they convince students with other things European life style, indian food, cheaper compared to Indian management seats,climate, world rankings of university (tbh this ranking is specific for native of the country and the professor for English speaking students won't put such efforts) and access of bank loan. If you have money to pay fee and being zero money on pocket for 10 years won't disturb you go for it. If your family don't have money stop going abroad. I have seen lot of people who had no financial issues for first few years and then become under large financial trap, which ended up in dropping the country or we students organize some fund or find some sponsors. This is not the course to be studied if you don't have money, cause you wont earn anything for 10 years.

I request you to make more videos about this and stop spreading misinformation. People think being doctor is ultimate and ready to take bank loan without even thinking a moment. Topic I would love to be heard 1) 10 year no money 2) neet pg seats for fmg ( seats are limited as 50% seats are specific for Indian graduate under state quota) 3) just google wdoms (world directorybof med school, you can see list of university in this country) there is huge number rise of medical school in last 4 years in country like geogia and uzbekistan 4) future options for these fmg accept India People talk about going middle East country ( no middle East country accept qualification without experience) if these graduate need experience they should go back to India, face all hurdles and get experience or learn local language do 3 year specialist training and get license. Without relevant experience it is also hard to go big country like uk, Ireland, australia etc. Even if you pass their license exam, you won't easily get a job in these country as the saturation is damn high and you need relevant experience and portfolio togo have extra mile. 5) as per law fmg should get internship stipend as img, but no state actually giving anything

@@review3780 but ഒരു സംശയം ഉള്ളത്.. ഇപ്പൊ mbbs ന് ചേരുന്നകുട്ടികൾ പാസ്സായി വരുമ്പോ ( അതിപ്പോ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ പഠിച്ചാലും വിദേശത്ത് പഠിച്ചു വന്നാലും ) അവർക്കു ചികിത്സിക്കാനുള്ള ആളുകൾ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ബാക്കി ഉണ്ടാകുമോ.. പോപുലേഷൻ മൊത്തം വിദേശത്തേക്ക് കുടിയേരുവല്ലേ... ഇന്ത്യയിൽ mbbs പഠിച്ചവർ പോലും മാറ്റു രാജ്യങ്ങളിലെ ലൈസെൻസിങ് test ന്റെ coaching ന് പോയി exam എഴുതി വിദേശത്തേക്ക് ഉപരിപഠനത്തിനും ജോലിക്കുമായി പോകുകയാണ്... കാരണം ഇവിടെ കിട്ടുന്നതിലും നല്ല salary ഡോക്ടർസ് ണും നഴ്സസ് ണും മാറ്റു രാജ്യങ്ങളിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നു.. ഇവിടത്തെ പോലെ കഷ്ടപ്പെടുത്തി പണി എടുപ്പിക്കുന്നുമില്ല...
