His was'nt a perfect presidency too, it had obvious obstacles, & HIV-AIDS matter has left an indellible mark on his legacy. However, his leadership built a solid foundation for South Africa, one that required Mr. Zuma to proceed with the work. He did not. Sadly, Mr. Zuma's failures have become a lense through which we judge ANC's perfomance since 1994, rather than 2009 when he took over-a framework i find unjust & flawed, for, despite many failures under ANC, there has been great achievements under their governance... Especially when Thabo Mbeki was both the deputy president & the president of South Africa.
