Finally got around to taking a video showing the CDI in operation, I left out the cold start because the bike is a bit temperamental when it's cold outside (and the off idle setup is from when it was a bit warmer)
The adjustable V10 AC CDI from www.transmic.fr is working great though, it even has enough power that it will give the occasional (weak) kickback when you're just cycling the engine slowly with the kickstarter.
0:01 - 1:14
First part shows me using my android phone with an OTG cable and terminal app ( play.google.co... ) to adjust the CDI.
1:22 - 1:38
The next part is with a half assed warmed up bike, hence the issues getting off the line, this improves a lot when the bike warms up a bit more.
2:03 - 4:14
Then just some driving around, showing it's very docile in low revs and pulls cleanly.
Pulling in 4th or 5th gear from 4000rpm, there's no power, but it does pick up and doesn't start to splutter, courtesy of the fairly high ignition advance in low rpm's.
4:15 - 6:03
Pushing it a bit on some very slippery narrow road.
6:04 - 7:52
First pulling it through the revs a few times, then shifting up to 6th gear and see if it still picks up (it does, just very slowly)
