I had the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's, or any other business for that matter. I've noticed how all McDonald's restaurants never have a worker at the order counter to take orders, like they used to. They also, take a long time to acknowledge that a customer is at the register to place their order. It seems like they avoid their customers these days. Very rarely do I get a friendly greeting. This goes for many businesses these days. What has happened to good and friendly customer service?
By the way, this location is in Moore, Oklahoma on S. 19th Street just off I-35.
Update: As of Sept 16, nearly 2 weeks after my visit to that McDonald's, I have not been contacted by any managers regarding the incident. I'm very disappointed in how they can treat a customer badly and "sweep it under the rug", which is how it feels like they are doing by not contacting me.
Please let me know what else I should do to get my complaint heard by this company.
