Thank you so much for the section of the video where you pose the spotlight figures with other figures. It helps so much with seeing how they scale with the rest of the line. I’m trying to get a Spawn figure, after seeing him next to Blue Beetle (Ted Kord) it gave me a solid idea on his height. I’ll probably give him a bit more height but even as is he’s ok for my taste. I have no interest in that Batman, so him being a giant doesn’t matter to me
That's the same Hush Batman screaming headsculpt. I think Mcfarlane should've given us totally new sculpts for both figures. These two guys deserved it. The throne Spawn looks slightly shorter 🤔
@Dhunter’s Reviews The Batman from the Spawn and Batman 2 pack looks exactly like year two Batman but as the Black and Grey version of him would be nice if he does make that figure as the variant version of Year two Batman though I would get him too!
I got lucky and found one at GameStop. I picked it up with an audible holy shit! I look over at my wife and she's shaking her head, telling me no. I gave her the eyes😮. I got it. It's the best spawn figure I have. I wish it had the classic red on his costume.
I know that the images on cards or boxes differ most the time from what the figure is representing but unfortunately he can only use certain images because of artists copy rights and can't be used or some images costing too much.
@@dHuntersReviewsjust got my two pack spawn and damn i see what you mean now.. i love the shadow of spawn mainly due to the classic suit being there a bit and i just love the overall aesthetic but this two pack spawn just hits different. Shadow of spawn isnt as restricted in the arms but man..
You keep saying that body is big, I don't think so IF you compare him to the rest of the Batman family instead of the rest of the line. Try it, side by side with New 52 Red Hood, Nightwing. Put them side by side with the Big Batman body and the Medium Batman body. The medium one will look small.
It's ok McFarlane toys charging £50.00 in the UK for this set and it's all reuse that batman body I am now sick of seeing this batman body, been used countless times this set could have been great had they based it on the pics that comes with it, its a pass for me.
I believe that a true 1:10/7 inch scale line batman should be 18,8 cm( about 7.4 inches ), as he is 1.88m tall(6'2") if my math is right. Its just that as you said, the scale is all over the place when compared with other figures. Even worse than that to me, is that its proportions are bad( just look at it next to knightfall batman). When it comes to the overall scaling problem, some of the mcfarlane figs have parts that are proportioned for 6 inch scale for some reason(ie arms and heads).
I haven’t seen anything designed for 6 inch figures, but the scale is inconsistent to say the least. Hasbro and Diamond select and Neca and everyone else has similar problems
It’s basically the three jokers Batman but different color, head and cape. I made one of my three jokers Batman to have a black costume. I’d want the spawn.
Its a business move not releasing much of regular spawn in the Spawn line. The cost of production (probably) goes to Warner bros and DC. And theyll definitely sell, giving them more insensitive to stick with mcfarlane.
Its really annoying that they decided to release a spawn with a proper cape this way. I dont want the batman. I only want the stupid cape on spawn but i dont wanna pay almost 60 bucks after tax and shipping for a damn cape he should already be sold seperately with.
