Thank you - it's comforting to know that McIntosh stocks parts about as well as any vendor. There are lots of 40 year old Mac units in customers' homes today
As much as I love McIntosh but sometimes the assembly is a little disappointing. One of my Mc611 amps came with loose screw inside and rather than sending it back I opened it and it was a screw that was left without been tightened and it came off.
Silk Screen on Chassis need to improve.. I am a owner of beloved Mc225, but letters on chassis was wipeout already or ready to. My personal recommend is to change the lettering material to ceramic printing or laser printing from normal chemical painting process. Please.....

I have had mcintosh product and will never buy this product again. My remote control broke for my amplifier. I contacted 3 dealers for help and bought a new one. No one will help me after 6 months of waiting. I have written to the factory several times for help and have never received a reply. So after 2 years I have sold all my equipment which is mcintosh.
