The NFS Pro Street sound is modded since by default stock McLaren F1 don't have a sound and the upgraded sound is the same from CCX. Also, the sound file that uses is actually from Criterion which first was used in NFS HP 2010.

The spoiler goes up on the McLaren F1 in the OG NFS 2 that's attention to detail in 1997 that NFS games didn't have in the early 2000's. The OG NFS games from the 90's are my favorite NFS games due to the attention of detail for their time. NFS hot pursuit 2010 brought back that attention to detail and fun factor.

You know, it’s kinda sad that they don’t have the Mclaren MP4 12c in modern NFS games. I’m really gonna miss playing with that car. At least I still have NFS MW 2012 on my wiiU and NFS hot pursuit remastered on my Xbox, so I can always be with 1 of my favorite mclaren cars. Along with the F1.

@@hiroakiii4125 No man He says right Nfs mw 2012 was basically named Most Wanted 2 and Criterion in the end of developpement didn't has enough time to finish and Ea decided to cut all content write on RU-vid Need for speed most Wanted 2012 Alpha Build in the alpha build which was leaked recently we can say that all of the content was cutted and this Is very sad Personally I wanted to cry after this.

@S.A 07 Lol Hot Pursuit 2? Except the 911 Turbo S other cars sound nothing like their real counterpart. Plus despite the sounds in NFS Rivals are muffled still the quality is better. And higher RPM in NFS HP 2- these sounds like earrape.

@@MultiSuperrene Nah, the sounds are really muffled. Even NFS Pro Street/2015 - Heat has better sounds and these NFS have better way to proccess the sound than NFS Rivals. Also NFS MW 2012.

It was nice of ghost to get back the license for F1. I don’t think It was money, it was probably because it’s last appearance was rivals, and missing out in 2015, and payback. The sound wasn’t good, but at least the car was added back into the franchise.

I'm still wondering why they didn't used the F1 sound that is from NFS Rivals and instead they put a generic Murcielago sound. But at least it is a V12 sound unlike NFS Undercover that uses Koenigsegg CCX sound.

The F1 sounds it's best in Hot Pursuit (2010), as well as the 12C. The 12C, though, brings me more PTSD than anything in Shift 2.

The F1 sounds accurate and the same sound file Black Box have taken from Criterion and used it in NFS World. But the sound of MP4-12C in NFS HP2010 is not even from McLaren MP4-12C - it is from Audi R8 4.2 Quattro (I mean they maybe partually have recorded the sound and they mixed with Audi R8 4.2 Quattro sound). NFS Rivals have more accurate MP4-12C and since the P1 also has 3.8L V8 it is no surprise that both sound indentical.

It is funny that the only Ferrari thing remained in the Black Box era till NFS UG2 - Carbon is the Ferrari 360 sound. In NFS UG2 was used in extreme upgrade of the Mazda RX-7/RX-8, Nissan Skyline, Toyota Supra/IS 300. While in NFS MW 2005/Carbon was used only for the extreme upgrade of the Mazda RX-8 and this sound was unused in NFS Pro Street/Undercover and I think in NFS World/The Run it doesn't even exist. But again I might have told this.

@@HeroManNick132 I think EA tried to persuade Ferrari but failed. Ferrari's company doesn't want their cars to be customize I mean look at NFS Heat the Ferrari customization in that game is very little but if you have the NFS Heat Studio app you can see what EA removed from the actual game

The fact that the P1 wing in Rivals is always up and doesn’t have any animation triggers me for some reason haha. Every other car has animated wings/flaps.

It actually moves flaps up when braking. The p1 in rivals seems to always be on race mode. Which makes the most sense out of all of its appearances. In race mode the rear wing is always out for the most downforce possible.

It is the stock 6.1L V12 but with Project United's mod it fixes the sound of it with the proper sound while by default is just another Lamborghini sound.

That is because by default the F1 didn't have a sound and for upgraded it used the CCX sound while mods improve and add the proper real sound.

@@uptopbossyt4922 Easy, if you have NFSVLTED you can open and see basically everything in the files of these NFS. You can check what each car uses. And pretty much every Black Box NFS works the same except NFS The Run.
