I have a suggestion to improve the MMP - a link to the actions page for a meeting directly from the notes page (and from actions to notes) so you don’t have to go to the main meeting page to navigate between them.
I wish you'd make a "MDGP". My Deep Guide Project, where I could keep the calendar/meeting/sketches/notes per project, with graph paper, lined/notes paper, freehand pages, reminders, todo lists, and the links to keep it all together. Haven't found anything that does that well. This looks really cool. Not quite what I need, but it is clearly very well thought out... But when you make MDGP :), sign me up for a bunch companywide.
First let me say that your MDO and MMP are really (!@#$%^&) amazing and awesome. The amount of work, dedication, precious, UI, UX and everything else that goes between and beyond of this is not only admired but respected! If, and that is a Big If, you would be able to build/code something like this inside of apps like Miro and/or Concepts (maybe a business opportunity) that would really integrate you within bigger platforms with big names (which your level of thoughts really belongs to, but I Image would require you to....) Anyways, You are My Hero. And I am thinking of ways to incorporate your MDO and MMP into my business to streamline Organization/Projects/etc through Cloud Storiage.. (another idea...;))
Looks excellent! I've been considering an E-ink tablet for note taking and sketching during meetings. This video has convinced me. Your planner will be the first thing I purchase once I get my hands on one 👌
I‘ll order one, just to support your work - and, well, I‘ll use it, too - my problem with PDF-based planners is, reMarkable is not able to Text-convert those PDFs with handwriting (while the conversion works great using their own notebooks). I think it makes sense being able to search through all my archived planners, meeting notes, etc. - but, as said, not possible on the reMarkable system :-( therefore I prefer to use their notebooks (and loosing your cool hyperlink feature)
Thank you very much :) Supernote has just added support to actually use a PDF document as a template for notebooks, while retaining the hyperlink functionality, which is amazing. Maybe Remarkable follows in similar footsteps?
I just downloaded and installed it on my RM2. It’s like you read my mind. Taking notes on an e-ink device is quite different from a paper notebook, in which everything is in one place and is time-indexed by default. Fin 20:25ding meetings in RM2 (since tabs absolutely suck) was a nightmare last year because they were scattered across multiple notebooks and who knows what page to look on. This year all meetings go in one time indexed notebook. Easy peasy!
I purchased this and getting used to including it into my workflow. Very much enjoying it so far and would like a Project manager in a similar format...this could almost be used for it as is
How many of you are there? I'm in! I plan to have "meetings" with my devices and apps, where I'll document purchase/installation, serial #/version #, usage details, linkages, etc. I never go to meetings. Too many people!
Oh my gosh - I love this. It was just what I needed for work and I don't know why I didn't check MDG first! Just bought it and tested it out and it works so smoothly - even on my Book Note Air 1 and my Kobo Elipsa and the Sage too (with the 7.8 version). My other "want" item that I haven't found the perfect one is an indexed notebook (ie., index page and then sections of 25 pages and links to flip back and forth). Dreamy!
Bought this yesterday. It's focussed simplicity, ease of use and UI are exceptionally well thought out and designed. Already integrated into my workflow; great work Voja 👍

Voya, Thank you for developing and designing this tool. I've been taking notes for our weekly staff meeting in one continuous file for several weeks now. This is exactly the format that I need to keep better track of everything on my Supernote A5X.
Love your MDO and looking forward to trying out the new MMP as well! I already foresee 2 use cases for the MMP...will use a copy as a Meeting Planner for work meetings and will use a 2nd copy as a Project Planner. I have a few home projects (renovation type things) that this will be awesome for instead of trying to track it all in one flowing notebook. Question: I personally prefer the thin line spacing that the MDO displays in on the reMarkable 2. What is the line spacing used in the MDO? If I purchase the 13.3" version of MMP to use on my reMarkable 2, will it more closely resemble the line spacing in the MDO? Thank you for the support! The MMP purchase contains all versions (7.8", 10.3", and 13.3") so you can simply try it out and see which one suits your needs a d then use that one, but basically, you get all of the versions with one purchase :)
Excellent! I have used a few of these in the past but just thought I'd purchase this mostly to show support for your work :). I love the thought you've put into maintaining working space on different device sizes - I have Kindle Scribe and Boox Nova Air so this is important.
I really wish you create a project management one and also find a way to interconnect the 3. Also if we could add voice notes to the notes, it’ll be perfect, I know it’s not an App, but it’s just a wish.
Absolutely BRILLIANT, Voja - I've been wanting this for several years. Still a little unclear if MULTIPLE meetings can be grouped, as I have different organisations that I attend. Sorry if I missed something in your explanatory vid.
Thank you! :) Can you clarify what you mean by "grouped"? You can choose to use one for meetings from one organization, and a different empty copy to use for a different organization (if you prefer to keep them separated) or you can use one document for the current month and then keep the meetings per day and make a note which one is which if that is the workflow that you prefer.
@@MyDeepGuide Thank you Voja; I didn't realise you could have copies of MP (alias?) - presume they would be kept in a folder (file) and easily found/separated that way.
While watching the presentation I was surprised at how many variants and sizes you've made, and that you kept mentioning that they're one purchase. You could have made each size its own product and people would probably have been happy. But then, the price. Only $10?! I've been keeping notes for work in weekly notebooks on my Scribe but I'll likely pick this up instead. The organization, variety, and value look fantastic!

I'm wondering the same thing. I know that in MDO you can add note pages and wondering if the same can be done here. That would be my only limiting factor to being able to use this. Most of my meetings take up more than one page.
Hi Voja, thank you as always for all your info, you are essentially my spirit guide for all things Supernote. I bought MMP both as a thank you for everything as a well as the starter for a pretty customized per meeting PDF I want to create for my unique type of job. Dumb question.... what software would you reccomend to make some slight changes? I want to keep your sizing and most of the layout. But change the main page "table of contents" as well as the titles on the sections. Overall an amazing product you created, I just have a weird job, lol
Looks fantastic! Will this be updated to support the new Remarkable Paper Pro? To maintain line spacing and account for any greyscale shades that the RMPP doesn’t seem to display?
Thanks! The existing version already works on RM PP. As for a specific version for the 11.8" size, maybe sometime in the future, but at the moment I don't have the time to do that. As for grayscale issues, you can use the contrast filter and turn it to On, to improve the displaying of the grays.
Looks pretty good and well thought. One question before I try it! In the first index page - is it only one page with certain number of lines/meetings. So Can I use it for unlimited amount of meetings (with different people, so they need to be separated on the index page)?
It is just the one index page, and, no it's not unlimited, as that would be impossible with a PDF document. However, you are free to duplicate it for each month, or client, or whatever categorization you prefer or need, and then use it that way, as that is its intended use.
hi great idea for a planner! can i find out if it’s possible to link your organiser and the meeting planner? eg can i link the meeting notes to a certain appt slot on the organiser? Thanks!
The functionality you are looking for will depend entirely on the device that you are using. To my knowledge, only Supernote can currently do that by using the PDF as a template for the Notebook. Other devices do not have that functionality.
This looks perfect for my daily phone / meeting notes. One of the main reasons i purchased my boox Tab Ultra C was the search function. Does this pdf have a search capability same question for your mdp?
Search capabilities will depend on the platform and the app used. Boox cannot search for handwritten content in PDF files. Both MDO and MMP are PDF files, so handwriting search will not work there on Boox devices.
I appreciate your honest response, this will mean I will have to learn how to find and search on the pc.😢 it may work for me if I name folders. But I don't think I can give up the boox search thru the notes function. I'm getting older and rely on tech to fill in those new gaps.
New user needs help: does anybody know how many meetings can you have in total? .. I cannot scroll down/turn page of the initial index page, so my concern is what to do, when the available lines in the initial index page are full?? ... in one year, I'll definitely need several index pages and not just one. (if included in the tutorial videos, apologies that I missed it). All in all, a wonderful value-added productivity tool tool for my Remarkable 2. Thanks Voja! 😀
It is really nice, but it is not an app. I have yet to understand when SN, Boox or any big player will eventually make a native app that support pen, links and everything else, and that can create todo and reminders as a proper organizer/meeting app should do. This is a great step forward to get organized, but it is a static document; as such when you need to collate your meetings (I assume you have a recurring set of meetings, so often what you talk in a meeting may carry over in the next one, and same for the action items), you end up doing a lot of legwork to retrieve this info. If instead of meetings you would structure it as project with related meetings, I think it would be more logic. But this is what fit your needs, so it make sense you made it this way. I am still hopeful that eink makers will eventually release a SDK so people can write their apps that support pen without lag and things like todo and reminders... Until then, we are bound to use things like PDF with hyperlinks, which is something that can be compared to the html from the 90s in many ways; and it is a bit of a waste on such advanced devices. They could do so much more, but due to the lack of resources, they do the bare minimum.
Do you Mind if i ask. Im was looking to try to take the little nova 7.8 with me to help keep track of simple evdryday things. Im a simples man eye is. Is it possible to have a simple layout embed with the boox home screen/lockscreen?
