Max for 3-4 days depending on the wt the food/ mixture is, I refrigerate or I freeze them . Freezing changes the texture and so I use it only when I need to store for longer eg some sauce / gravy mix

I like your videos a lot! But the amounts cooked seem quite small for a family of 4. Please don’t take offense but how do you make sure there is enough for everyone?
Thanks a lot ! Yes this seems to be just enough for us . Moreover hubby was out of town for 2 days this week. But it seems like we eat a little lesser than normal haha
Is it healthy when we refrigerated? Does it have nutritious values when we do like this? Please make this clear. You are nutrition I think, u have said one time that u doing course in nutrition and cleared the course. So can u make my doubts clear?
There will be of course various opinions on how and what will take away nutrients from a food .it depends on what works for each person.refrigerator was made to preserve food longer . But if it is feasible to cook and serve all meals in matter of 30 mins it would be ideal scenario :)
