Today I am sharing with you another weekly meal plan and the prep to execute the meal plan. In this prep, I am making bulk multipurpose curry masala and bulk methi parathas that I store in freezer and use as and when needed. Im prepping veggies for the upcoming week well. These veggies and previously prepped veggies in the fridge or freezer will round up my meal plan.

Hi Dipti, Nice video. How do you defrost the frozen chapatis ? I froze some rolled fulaka's but when roasting them, they were like papads ..

Hi 👋 Do not defrost the frozen phulka.. remove from freezer and roast on hot tava.. in my experience phulkas are not good candidates for freezing. I think because they have very little oil/no oil and less salt in the dough and are thin.. on the other hand, parathas, theplas, and even rotis roast well upon freezing and then cooking.. even for these I don’t thaw/defrost.. simply take them out from freezer and put on hot tava. HTH

Where do you get the parchment paper squares? Do they come pre cut or do you cut them yourself? And are they reusable?

Hi Usoshi 👋 I get them from Amazon in 9x13 and cut them to my required size.. just search for ‘Parchment paper for baking’ and you will see several options. These aren’t reusable. For reusable options, save your cereal bags (preferred), used up zip lock freezer bags or even plastic bags in which daal/beans come packed (thicker ones better for freezing), clean and cut squares as well.. reuse these 3-4 times and then recycle. HTH

Thank you 😊 I got them from Amazon. I don’t have link for the exact one, but if you search for ‘silicone ice cube molds’ or ‘silicone ice cube trays’ you will get several different types. HTH
