Also, just an fyi for anyone who may be watching their sodium intake, the creole seasoning comes in a salt free version, Walmart Superstore, very good, same flavor no salt. Def will be making this dish.

i cannot tell if she cleaned her chicken or i might be different i do not leave fat on them and my husband always say i clean the taste out the chicken. and she has contaminated everything she touched after touching that chicken.
One thing that works for salads is to put your wet vegetables on the bottom of your container (cucumbers, tomatoes ect..) you can also measure out the salad dressing and add on the bottom as well. Add your lettuce on top with your meat. Everything you made looks delicious and easy to make. Thanks for the recipes.

You're right sis It's great for your food to rest after it comes off the stove and before you put it in the refrigerator because if you put it in the refrigerator when it's hot and steamy that's when bacteria sets in when it's in the refrigerator. So you want to cool your food at room temperature
I've "hid" behind weight because I didn't want to be seen due to a childhood trauma for several years. Recently I was diagnosed with stage 2 chronic kidney disease and have no choice but to "stop hiding". It sounds crazy but it kinda scares me. I've wrecked my brain to figure out what can I do that I LIKE to help me and I see this video. I love all the foods you made anyway so I'm ordering my prep bowls tonight. Yes, on the seasonings! This was a movie, lol. I enjoyed watching how everything was prepared. I'm now ready to do the pico homemade. Yours looked so much better than when I purchase at the store. I'll follow your tip on starting slow with the spice.
