French toast casserole or AKA bread pudding is great for breakfast or a nice dessert. Love your meal prep ideas and their simplicity. We have gotten your containers and love them.

Never remove head and tail! It gives an enormous flavour boost. But if you just care about “easy to eat” then jes .. remove it or blend it into tartar ..

Since living in Hawaii for 14 years, I realize that I have become a "rice snob."😅 I LOVE LOVE LOVE Jasmine Rice! I can eat a small bowl of it without any seasoning on it. Well this dude has meal prepped for a long time. I think one of the secrets to eating the same thing a lot is a boatload of spices and condiments to change it up.
Keep up the good work, brother! Some suggestions for future videos, maybe you can blend in the total shopping price in at the End for all Items. And would it be possible to do a budget friendly meal prep video? Because spending what you do as a student is nearly impossible.

I love this guy's videos. I watched this 3 times. Y'all did he use the whole loaf of white and wheat? 2 loaves or half of each for a loaf? It looks like 7 slices of each on the cutting board but not sure if he edited out the remainder of cutting. Thanks
Im allergic to shrimp..becoming iffy on fish cdc is recalling almost everything edible. A day yogurt raisin bran banana or apple grapes green sandwich lunch or baked fried for dinner
@@MsPhillyGmost meals should be fine heat in microwave for 2-2:30 minutes. Or some will reheat each meal via a air fryer. But microwave for only a few minutes. Any longer and you'll dry all that hardwork.
I absolutely love watching your videos. You make meal prepping look so easy and attainable. I do have one question...you eat rice for lunch and dinner, isn't that too much carbs for a day? Just wondering since I'm on a weightloss journey. Thank you for your amazing videos
