Krucheniki. Meat rolls. Meat with mushrooms stewed in sour cream.
(3-4 servings)
Ingredients and quantity:
- pork loin meat: 350 - 400 g;
- mushrooms: 200 g; (champignons)
- onion: 80 g;
- carrot: 75 g;
- sour cream: 100 g; (20%)
- sunflower oil: 20 - 25 ml;
- water: 500 ml.
Cooking specifications:
- cut the meat into portions;
- hit the meat with a hammer;
Stuffing for rolls:
- finely chop the onion;
- finely chop the mushrooms;
- heat the pan;
- add oil;
- easy to fry onions;
- add chopped mushrooms;
- cook for 7-10 minutes until ready;
We are preparing rolls:
- put the mushroom and onion filling on the portioned meat and twist it into a roll;
- put the rolls in a pan and pour water;
- simmer on low heat for 50-60 minutes;
- add carrots stewed in oil;
- stew for another 5-7 minutes;
- add sour cream;
- stew for another 2-3 minutes until ready;
- divide into portions.
