Minced meat - 500 gr.
Onions - 1 ch.
Pepper - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Flour - 2 tbsp.
Tomato puree - 200 g.
Sugar - 1 tbsp.
Black pepper, oregano
Salt, parsley
Method of preparation
We taste the minced meat. Form meatballs and fry them.

We put the fried meatballs in the pan in which we will bake the dish.
In the same fat, fry onions, peppers and carrots with salt. Add the flour, after frying, add the tomato puree. Add the spices and sugar. We pour 500 ml. water. After boiling for 5 minutes, strain the sauce.
Add the resulting sauce to the meatballs in the pan.
Bake the dish in the oven at 200 g for 20 minutes.
