I really like this product but I highly recommend not getting this base model the range is terrible once it is in a oven, grill or smoker. Do yourself a favor and get the Meater +.
I think you fire was far to large for 1 piece of meat; cooking at a low temp, over a greater period of time may work out a little better for you. Thanks for the video.
