because of my requirements, I SB size my 7.62x51 brass that was fired in a MG. I usually size with a standard FL die then SB die. I've found that you need A LOT of torque to size these cases, in your opinion, with the right stand, is this press up to that job?
It is a very rigid press and yes a solid base is huge for not having flex when sizing. So imo if you can get a solid platform for mounting this press it is built very stout and should do the job.
