Mechanic Guide - How To Use Doll To Body-block? 

I do this a lot when playing mechanic. I accidentally discovered doll body blocking first when I was playing casually and a hunter was chasing me; I deployed the doll just so before I go down I have control over it but apparently it blocked the hunter attack instead.

Haha, true no hunter will let a decoder scape, So character like mechanic or minds's eye need to be extra careful to do not be discovered, or they will be focused until is dead, eliminating every survivor is a hunter rule, but focusing in the decoders is priority

I REMEMBER BEING SO HAPPY BLOCKING WEBS, FOG SHOTS, AND ATTACKS

This guide is so useful! I always fail at using my doll to body block as a mechanic haha.

Actually whether the doll or the mechanic herself is more valuable depends on the situation. There is a strategy where Mechanics hide their doll at the start of the game and if they get caught, they can still use the doll to decode. This basically means the hunter didn't catch anyone at all in terms of overall decoding speed, and hence is why the Mechanic is one of the top tier survivors. Also I would like to point out a smart hunter knows that tunneling on a specific survivor will only give the survivors the advantage. Hunter will find other survivors to hunt if they can't catch one in a reasonable amount of time, even if it is a mechanic or mind's eye, especially those with teleport.

So what do you think best game play with mechanic in early game? Save the robot to body block or use the robot for chiper or hide robot and use it when you knock/in chair?

Update: You cannot bodyblock with George(Robot) anymore :'((( PS. you can but it's not as easy as before--

For mine: I think geisha is more easier for me cuz why: It would be more easier to rescue and when geisha is trying to hit the person that was in the rocket chair im behind them and I can body block the person geisha is aiming for then I can kite them till they surrender This happen today with my online friend

I’ve done it before with Lucky Guy I used my doll to body block the hunter ended hitting the doll and I can go to the exit

I'm good at kiting with mechanic's doll and I tell a lucky guy to get a controller and in game I look for the lucky guy just so I could get the doll again to kite
