How has this held up over time? I'm looking to make something similar. I've read complaints about the pre made wood cases warping, I'm guessing because they're made in a different country and when they get to you after shipping they probably aren't the right moisture. I'm thinking that properly dried and acclimated wood should be fine, even more so if I need to laminate 2 pieces like you did for thickness purposes.

I'm typing this on the keyboard right now, I use it as my primary keyboard. I'll still get minimal warping as seasons change. Right now (dry season) it's dead flat. Just make sure whatever you use is as acclimated and straight-grained as possible and you'll be fine.
