Medford REALLY sucks. It's like a suburb of L.A..

It's a corrupt cesspool. The criminals have more rights than us.

I don't see as many homeless and addicts as Billings ... its gotten pretty bad thr past few years

@@OdinOptical So true! It's been getting worse for years and will continue to get worse now that the cost of living has gone up without wages increasing as well!

@@brennanbourne exactly - in my 30s, make around $80k and can barely afford anything because of current housing market ... 4th Gen Montanan, it's sad 😔 ... that's why I'm here looking at potentially moving to Medford (check out crime stats of Medford though... pretty shocking!)

@@OdinOptical Yep, that's why I decided against Medford as well. They also get all the wildfire smoke from CA every year! Very sad! It's crazy how many Montanans are being pushed out because of this growth. I never thought Billings would be the #1 housing market in the nation! 😮 My wife is from Iowa and we are currently looking there! Extremely friendly people, lots of jobs, affordable, colder but shorter winters, good education and healthcare! Not sure where you lie politically, but there are cities that fit both sides. i was born in huntsville alabama, but moved when i was 4 to medford oregon. Looks like were in the same situation lol

I found it fantastic and very helpful. I’m moving across a couple states and I have no way of knowing what places “feel” or really look like. Medford is one of my options so I found this super helpful

Have you ever been to Portland? I can't think of two more dissimilar cities excepting the fact that they're both in Oregon.

Unfortunately I agree, looking for a way out as we speak. Been here since 1998, has gone way down hill! It's growing no doubt but when your children are not even safe enough to play at the main playgrounds in town there is a problem.
