@Divider in Chief it's a myth. They are in huge number from quite a long time ,few examples are barkha, urmilesh, Saba naqvi, shobha dey, arundhati, many more. the only difference is that they have become snakes without poison and teeth so they can do no harm.

OMG!! I don't remember when was the last time I saw these many people from different media streams discussing satire peacefully! I remember going to Kavi Sammelan organized by Shailesh Lodha ji and there was no such current topic which remained untouched by the poets, I remember listening to Hari Om Panwar when the crowd used to get so jolted by his choice of words, and not only Veer Rasa, when Kavi Vishnu Saxena used to speak on Shringaar Ras, the ambiance got to change in seconds from one emotion to another. Today the medium has changed, there is more of digital content but why cannot we listen to anything happily, why the truth has to be masked with so many layers whereas it was considered to be heroic to speak truth.

I'm not. I don't want any of them to get arrested just coz the other party is too dumb to not understand satire and too proud to not to admit their mistakes and rectify them. Coz if there were no mistakes, there wouldn't be a need for satire in the first place.

Akash moderated well because of his energy but sometimes overconfident and superficial knowledge about American media could lead to these mistakes .. second he said ‘trough’ whereas he should have said ‘crest’ or ‘peak’ which his hand gestures supported !
