Sir my lawyer wasn't prepared after deposition he told we put a big lawsuit but on a mediation he sold me for 18000 after 23 years not only that he told don't push it u got no case i will loose on a trail but me and my lawyer never sat down and talk about my case on on a deposition thats it he never called me talk about my safety violations at work or asking me any questions as per your experience is a normal thing lawyer not to sit down with a client and do a preparation thanks
