1. Power of attorney is needed if an agency will make the application on your behalf , you will need this power of attorney to authorize them to carry out the process for you ! 2. The compulsory service is only for the Turkish citizens . 3. If you have passed plab1, amc , usmle 1&2 , you do not need to sit for the STS exam .
