Is this like Cefaly? I've tried Cefaly and it actually made my pain worse and didn't help my migraines at all. I feel nerve stimulations are only tried and true with the implanted ones but it's scary to think of getting a foreign object embedded. The surface once borderlines gimmicky/hit or miss

It only works when I use it on my neck. Which is completely fine. If I don't use it right away, I still need to take 2 Ibuprofen. Normally I'd have to take a myriad of pills all day long. And even then I will still feel a slight headache. When I use this as soon as I feel a headache that will lead into migraine territory, it works well. No other medication is needed. I went from several migraines a week to none. I have used it 5 times since I had it in about 2 months. I recommend!

So is the Cefaly also based on this principle where it just sort of distracts the migraine pain with the sensation of the Cefaly? I use Cefaly and feel this is essentially what it does does imo although it's a real pain to use because of the electrode on my head and adhesion isn't always the best no matter how clean, etc. I don't expect it to erase my headache, it's just a tool to help with the pain, but if it were easier to use as the Nerivio seems, it might be nice to have.
