Meditation ~ Visit to My Special Place for Peace and Insight 

This Meditation is part of my Meditation and Mindfulness with Rev Barry podcast and recorded from a live online meditation and mindfulness group done every 2 weeks and shared as this regular podcast.
This Meditation will take you on meditative and restful journey to visit your special place to experience peace and insight. You will connect to an angelic entity that will answer your questions and share with you insight and a special gift,. Connect to the inner guidance and your Spirit-self to embrace emotional, physical and spiritual well being.

Each meditation provides you with a progressive relaxation exercise, then raises your vibration from the physical ( red) to the Divine ( Purple ). Then the meditation will take you on a journey to gain insight , receive a message, or receive healing or find peace and connection or many other possible destinations.
