I maintain walking meditation as a physical exercise. This habit contributes to keeping me in a healthy condition. As a person with schizophrenia, I have experienced recovery from the malfunctions through this practice. This video shares the path for my meditation.

Awesome. Your English is really good. I think your vlogging is helping with your meditation goal. Keep going and do it for yourself first before anyone else.

This is a terrific video, and I thank you for sharing it. I've been to Japan, but never to the countryside. It's beautiful. I'm also really impressed by your willingness to share a part of yourself -- your schizophrenia -- that for most people is very hidden. It does a great service for humanity. Also, your English is fantastic! It would take a lot of courage for me to make a video like this, and even more courage to do it in a foreign language!

It is very true... Slow walking really helps with relaxation. Recite your Rosary while you do your slow walk. Five years ago, I was in deep anxiety. I could not sleep for nearly 3 months. Before this anxiety problem, I could fall asleep within 1 min, then with this anxiety problem, it took me 2 hours to fall a sleep and within an hour or two, I would wake up again. Thank God that I overcame this anxiety problem. I say it took me about 1 year to be able to sleep decently. During that one year, due to anxiety, my body released a lot of cortisol. My body was aching all over places, skin problem, high heart rate. Basically it was a mess. Thankfully, now I am 95% recovered.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It sounds like you went through a really tough time with anxiety, affecting your sleep and overall health. It's encouraging to hear that you've made such significant progress and are now 95% recovered. Slow walking combined with reciting the Rosary sounds like a soothing practice. Wishing you continued health and peace moving forward!

This was so relaxing, thank you for sharing!! I know little to nothing about Japanese culture, can I ask some questions? 1. Are the rice fields naturally covered in water, or do the farmers have to flood the fields? 2. How is schizophrenia viewed in Japanese culture? You speak English very well!! I hope you have a lovely peaceful week!

Japanese agriculture is technical. Farmers manage to water in the fields from the waterways. In Japan, schizophrenia is considered a negative with a strong basis. We hardly find a job because of this reason. However, people are generally kind to those with this illness. Thank you for watching!
