Happy Belated Birthday!!! It is beautiful to realize that another year is a present for you to live zestfully and healthfully! Age is definitely about how you feel versus maybe what that actual number is, but it is so important as we get older that we listen to our bodies and make changes as they are needed so we continue being healthy! Yes, bodies change as they get older; crazy, right? When it actually visually happened was blown away and then had to quickly find a new normal
