Just a little thing, but thank you for tying your beautiful hair back! I was taught that eons ago by my Mum: when cooking/baking, tie your hair back & wash your hands. Such a great video, and I think the 1st 2 of these I will be trying...now to watch more of your videos!
I tried the spiced grains and lentils and it was very good. did have to extend the cooking time to 35-40 minutes. I thought I had the quick cooking barley. I used lemon zest and the end of cooking in place of the suman and added the juice from one half of a cara cara orange. My advice is to definitely add the orange zest and juice. So yummy. I do plan on making the root veggies without the beets (ick). I will sub butternut squash instead.
I love your videos they are always easy to follow & everything always looks fabulous BUT…. I absolutely love seafood so I actually wrote down what I need as I watched this video. I’ve made several of your recipes, always delicious! Ciao’

Hey gurl!! I am so excited to make the fritters!! And eggplant oh my gosh that is so amazing sounding. Need to step up my lentil eating and my quinoa. So i will look for your lentil ragu recipe.
Just made the zucchini and they were a hit. The polenta adds a nice crunch and the corn adds a surprising pop in your mouth. I didn't have ingredients to make the goat cheese drizzle so I topped one with ketchup and the other with taziki. Will definitely make this recipe again.
The tomato galette! I have been wanting to make one for a while now. I need my garden tomatoes to ripen up! I’m also growing eggplant in my garden this year. I’ll definitely try the lentil dish with them!

You and your recipes have impressed me and I will (unless you say otherwise) reference you in my book. In addition to your content you are gorgeous which is nothing to sneer at.
