So I bought a Veggeti Pro and made this again - too good! I found that the zoodles get stringy after refrigerating them, so I toss them in a bit of olive oil in a pan and put the sauce on separately, this way I can refrigerate the sauce and have it again. Thanks for this recipe, Korenn, it's so yummy!

Made this dish and it was amazing. Tfs🙏🏽.. I did pour the juice off and add a tsp of cornstarch to thicken and add back to the vegetables.

I made this recipe and it was delicious!!!! I replaced the zoodles with fettuccine but that's the only thing I changed. The pepper flakes took this dish to another level, I couldn't have been more happy with the results. Thanks for the recipe! I def subbed, can't wait to try more of your recipes😍

Delicious! I found it a bit of a pain to do the zoodles; I've got to get a better spiralizer. But it was worth the trouble - so delicious and so healthy! Thank you very much. This definitely goes in the meal rotation.
