As a Texan, I like mine simple, just some salt, pepper, and a good fire with some mesquite. I will say, this looks delicious so I might actually give this a try for 4th of July.
I frikin love meemaw on young Sheldon. She reminds me of my grandmother even though she passed away years ago when i was probably in middle school. But i loved meemaw on young sheldon. Shes a favorite of mine.
@@pambeforethestorm9784 the show is young Sheldon. Its a spin-off of the big bang theory which is a sitcom sorta show. Young Sheldon is based off the past life of Sheldon Cooper who is a character on the big bang theory, and the show young Sheldon is pretty good although I never finished it.
@@AaronSager-k1u you rest it wrapped in aluminum foil and then proceed to put it in something that's insulated (like a cooler-no ice) it retains the heat, also cutting it right away will release all the juices and it'll become dry. So that's why it's best to rest any kind of meat.
@@AaronSager-k1uyou rest them in a cooler, or something like that. A full brisket will stay hot with just some tin foil on it for 3-4 hours, easy. Strong thermal mass.
A tip from my dad: If you wanna take it to the next level, spray it with some apple juice as well. Ads a wonderful flavor to it that i love every time my dad makes brisket
Smoke Ring could go ALL the way around without Foil Boat, add Garlic and Onion Powder and Wrap in Butcher paper for lst 2hrs of cooking. DELISH every time.
